A total grout removal and replacement worked for a while, but is back to leaking again, with mouldy skirting boards and wet floor on the other side of the wall. The job was completed in 2018. It started leaking last year but has now gotten quite bad. So will need to be done again.

mega sealed completed an excellent job, on time, to specification – Yaqub regrouted our shower, which now looks new. I made the mistake of not having the adjacent bath tiles also regrouted. half the quote l was given to me by another company l tried when l didn’t realise megasealed also serviced geelong, had used them many years ago when l lived in melbourne Sean came the following week to complete the job. I found him professional and friendly. Sean arrived on time and completed the job in the timeframe quoted and left my ensuite clean on completion of the job. What a difference!?! – After Phil’s prompt, professional and informative quote, we were left with no doubt but to go with Megasealed. Garbage - stay away from these clowns – Engaged 'Megasealed' to fix a leak in the corner of my shower, reattach one side of the shower screen, and replace a cracked floor tile. Quoted $1140, it's a rip off but figured they'd do a high quality job.. I was wrong. remove the old silicone, didn't put enough hardener in the epoxy sealant so it never actually set, and was just sloppy when applying new silicone - just a garbage job.

The whole job was redone by a second technician, who then broke the glass in my shower screen..... Initially the sales manager assured me they would have a glazier replace etc, fix everything up etc, but my subsequent calls and voicemail messages to him through the week were ignored. Finally, I called their head office and told them [Content Removed], and had a new shower screen installed by a competent company, at my own expense.

Please learn from my mistake, do not use Megasealed under any circumstances, they use the cheapest subcontractors they can find, will probably end up doing more damage than anything else and genuinely don't give about their customers.. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Quoted and then vanished when I had questions – Poor customer service. Three initial quotes (for three separate components) which I sent back some questions on. No response to 2 emails, called HO 2 weeks later. Sales guy who had quoted returned my call, I asked him to respond to my emailed questions. No response 3 weeks later. EDIT: Following contact regarding my review, I have been asked by their quality manager to remove this review in exchange for a $50 gift card.

OMG my bathroom looks brand new – I was seriously considering ripping out our entire ensuite of tiles. The tiles themselves are a bit porous and the grout was 12 years old and looking extremely grungy and was impossible to get back to white again. walls (which wasn't too bad but still needed attention down the bottom) and then they put whatever magical product they use to replace the grout and sealed it all. Plus they re-sealed with heavy duty silicone(?) around the toilet, the bathtub and all around the shower areas. I am blown away every time I walk in there thinking how great it looks and I'm so glad I heard about them. Trust me you will NOT be disappointed.
