SCAM ALERT - this business is a absolutely criminal. They provide a price over the phone that seems reasonable, then increase the cost and demand payment. Buyer beware.

WORST CLEANING DONE - TOTAL RIP OFF. Melbourne carpet cleaning - zero stars. CARPET - STAINS WERE THERE, CAPRET NOT CLEANED AT ALL. SHOWER - DID NOT CLEANED - SCUM MARKS ALL OVER THE GLASS - GROT NOT CLEANED. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I was promised that someone will call me back but its been nearly two months now.

When my daughter got back he was gone and left the door wide open. I got home and straight away I was not impressed with the job he had done. It didn't smell like a cleaned carpet usually does. I then vacuum the carpet to find a fair amount of dirt, dust and had a smell about it, didn't look like it at been cleaned properly. I rang the company 3 times and was told they would ring me back, they didn't. In the end I demanded they ring so the Indian did ring and all he did was speak to me very rudely and couldn't care. Do yourself a massive favour and DO NOT USE MELBOURNE CARPET CLEANERS, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE AND YOU WILL BE SORRY. YOU ONLY HAVE TO READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THEM. To add to this they were paid in cash, when they quoted they said $140 for 3 small rooms, the person doing the job said no it's $175 now. You work it out.

Quick and efficient – Very fast and efficient easy to work with, suny came in and did my 3 rooms, was quite professional and did a great job on all the room for me.

Great and quick service. Highly recommended – Help desk is very helpful and nice. Prompt service. Sunny, the technician was great. He did a good job with my curtain. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommended from me.

throughout the apartment so this was just dragged around instead of being removed. I asked him why the hair was still there and he said once it dries, just vacuum it yourself. I thought I was paying them to do that? He added a fee because we didn't have a lift and required him to carry the machine upstairs. He charged another $15 for this, buddy, it was one flight of stairs and most importantly was not pre-discussed in the quote. Lastly he left the carpet sopping wet and offered to mop up a puddle the machine caused. However, he just moved the water around, and I spent an additional 1.5hours myself mopping this puddle as well as removing hair and debris he left. They are so lazy and incompetent. Super regret not reading the reviews here and hiring them at all.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I booked this company. They charged me $75 for two room carpet cleaning with an additional $15 fee for a stain. The cleaner was very unprofessional. it. When the stain didn't come out of course he had the audacity to tell me he couldn't get out the stain in my carpet because I had already used a carpet cleaning spray and those "set the stain". I told him that is not true and he proceeded to show me a picture of a couch he had cleaned with great results. When I said a carpet is different from a carpet he said it wasn't. After he left I went down to Woolies and bought a carpet cleaning foam by Vanish and worked it into the carpet and that actually lifted the stain more and almost looks gone. It just needs some industrial grade cleaning and it'll be gone. Don't bother with this company unless you want a basic steam clean. The website looks professional but the service is definitely 1 star.

Contacted these clowns for a quote based on their "3 rooms for $75" advertised special. Has a couple of minor stains so enquired about stain spot pre cleaning as ALL other companies include but was not mentioned. Not this place!! They wanted $10-15 per stain LOL. Told them i was no longer interested. Laughable company which is represented by all the 1 star reviews. Dont waste your time, go elsewhere.

What was advertised and what was delivered were worlds apart. While the gentleman who came to clean the blinds did his best, the service fell far short of what I expected based on the claims made on their website. Despite repeated assurances that someone from management would contact me, no one ever followed up or addressed my concerns. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company for any of the services they offer.

good mop. He put no effort in and took no pride in his work. I have tried to deal directly with his company which has been a nightmare, as they take no responsibility for their staff. One guy arrived to do the job and flatly refused to do anything until the firniture was moved. I explained what I had requested and he shifted all the blame back to the office staff.

Rebooked for the following week and moved all the remaining furniture out. The guy did not show up. He claimed he hadn't received the booking. He whined about how unfair the situation was for him and said he would come late on a Saturday night. At this point, I cancelled and rebooked with Concept Carpets. Steve came THAT SAME DAY and did an excellent job! Dodged a bullet. DO NOT HIRE MELBOURNE CARPET CLEANING!

had taken my money but not provided me with a clean home. I called them and as well as sending them photos , they told me they’d come back later that evening at 5.30pm. 8pm they turned up and told me they would not be doing any more work as they already ‘did their best ‘ . On the day of the booking I get a text saying to expect the "technician" 30 minutes after the original booking, finally arrived 1 hour 20 minutes late. Honestly a homeless person would have had better personal hygiene, this guy stank. And then came the attempted upselling saying I "NEEDED" this and that and my quote went from $135 to $180 then $250. I settled on the $180 as I needed to get the carpets cleaned. No longer than 15-20 minutes later he says all done. I pointed to the obviously crap job of cleaning the carpet and that's when I was told that's the result without using their magic solution that costs and extra $100. I would have been better off going to Bunnings and hiring a carpet cleaner for $50 and doing it myself. He literally did not spray and cleaning solution on the carpets period. As for the service itself, it was far below expectations. The cleaner, Smit, was arrogant and seemed completely uninterested in doing a thorough job. He made just one quick pass with the vacuum and called it a day. The upholstery was barely touched, and the carpet was left in a soiled state, looking almost as bad as before they started.

Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this service at all costs.

Have had to pay for alternative services to come and fix the smell that he left, service was to include steam cleaning and deodorising yet the carpet looks the same and now smells like it has never smelt before!! Per his demand I attended the appointment earlier and when we met I told him he's provided poor customer service and should never yell at customers or accuse them of lying, he became angry and left the job. 2nd cleaner was arranged though I kept getting text messages requesting different appointment times. I paid $160 for them to steam clean 3 rooms, 15 stairs and hallway though from what I saw they only cleaned one bedroom and made it worse though. Prior to this the carpets were fine, no soiling. No stains- just had to be done for end of lease clean. They used a small machine like the one you can hire from Bunnings and left residual marks and stains on the carpets. They did not have the proper industrial truck mounted machines. The agent said she was taking $800 from my bond because of this. I had to do a 2nd steam clean to fix what they did inorder to get my bond back in full. They did not give me a refund- so rude please don't waste your money. Go with a franchise business, these guys are untrained, unqualified people who just have a decent website- don't be fooled! Stealing money from people for a poor service.

DO NOT USE – These guys charges $200 for a carpet steam clean. It wasn’t even done. Saw the receipt from landlord. On moving in I filled 6 x drums of dust with my Dyson, carpet was still sticky and smelly so hired a Bunnings steam cleaners, the colour of the water was disgusting, landlord said he let them in but they let themselves out and never checked afterwards.
