they wanted to deliver at 11pm. When the stuff was offloaded, practically EVERYTHING was dented or damaged. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your belongings, and do not want or need additional stress.

Avoid like a plague - 0 stars – 2.5hrs late. Booked for 8am via Peter (owner) who sounded like he knew what he was talking about when I rang a month ago to book the job. Told him all the details of the job including the fact that I needed to be unloaded at my new location by 12pm...said not a problem. What a joke!! apt into the truck. Right now damages from the move include broken chest of drawers, broken bookshelf, broken laundry basket, broken lid off my washing machine. Haven't unpacked all my fragiles as yet (guessing multiple damages there). My 2m jarrah dining table massive indentation marks. I saw two of the movers drop several of my items.

Kept asking if I intended to pay (as I had budgeted for the quoted hours 4). And was told if I don't pay they are under orders by Peter to either dump my stuff where it is or have it all locked up and driven away...

Will absolutely be seeking compensation, damage to my personal belongings as I refused to sign their disclaimer saying they take no responsibility as this company outsources this job to a third party.

So happy to have them officially blacklisted not only in my former and current apartment buildings, but others in the area.

I find it strange that this company has had glowing reviews from others when two of the guys just stood around doing nothing for most of the time.

Engage a professional removal company if you are thinking of a quick move.

I would like to also point out that this job should not have taken more than 4-5hrs to do as we did a similar move (from Fairfield) with more furniture and the distance for today was less than 1km and took 10hours.

Excellent service – I couldn’t be more happier with this removal company, excellent service very understanding I was moving my fathers belongings which are prized possessions to me, so I wanted extra care, they took extra care no scratches or damages they labeled everything ( handle with care) fragile. Cheap but not professional – They tried to change the date 1 day before the actual move. Only after multiple requests and explaining the gravity of the situation, they agreed to do it. I had to pay in advance to confirm the booking and inadvertently paid them the full amount on the day. [name removed] acknowledged the mistake later and agreed to refund the amount. Followed up with him multiple times but he never transferred the money back.

Donot use terrible service – Had a very bad experience very bad service 2 hrs late on pick up and turn up a day late on delivery, did not inform at all.
