had issues since which Mellross has been very slow to rectify and in a couple of cases, 12 months on there is work still outstanding.

Our Mellross Experience – We are currently 3/4 of the way through our build and our experience from the first day was a feeling of being welcomed, Mat listened to our brief and supplied us with Plans that were spot on from our brief. needs which I'm sure he has never had to deal with in his career. Nothing has ever been a bother and whenever we have had questions, Mat or the team would always contact us and put our minds at ease. Our experience on the day for selections whilst overwhelming was made easy, especially as we currently do not live local Mellross Homes have never rushed us or made us feel like they have any other customers always making you feel you are the most important to them. Even when products have not been available they have contacted us straight away with various options which would make our decision easier, again, not being local this has been beneficial. As earlier stated we are 3/4 of the way through the build and our quality and workmanship so far has exceeded our expectations.

Brilliant Service and Workmanship – We are currently half way through our build, the service from the full Mellross Team has been exceptional, their communication is on point. All areas of communication including questions are addressed and actioned promptly.
