Food poisoning not taken seriously.
One star for this would be a long shot. I got food poisoning last week. I was very sick and throwing up. They said they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Guess what? No follow up and I had to make the follow up call. They then had the courtesy to be very rude and obnoxious. They asked me for a medical certificate or discharge certificate from my doctor as I waa following up a refund. They ain't my employer or boss. They refused refund and now I'm seeking to go to the media about these crooks.
One star is too much
Cant explain how angry I am with Menulog they started off so well and for some strange reason they have turned to absolute crap every time I order there is an issue trying to log is an absolute chore then go to my mates place and they have my login details on their devices even after Ive logged out and deleted the app they reinstall and my details are still there!! Been given credits and voucher codes and still been charged the full price so the voucher codes and obviously bogus! Then try calling or live chat with Menulog and cant get throu...gh on the phone and live chat well they just have an appalling attitude as if Im wrong when they have robbed me blind. Seriously these guys are just ripping their customers off without shame to the point where the only place I can vent is on Google review!! Wake up Menulog and get your crap together until then my app will remain uninstalled!!
Appalling. You will be lucky to get your food
Your food will be extremely late, if it arrives at all. Then u will be offered a $5 food voucher. An appalling company which should not be allowed to operate as it is essentially a scam. DO NOT USE
Worst food order ever
I made an order with menulog at 1pm - i was told the car broke down at 2:30pm. During this time while i tracked the order the driver picked up my order and went to another suburb. When i got on the phone with menulog to explain this i was transferred about 4-5 time before i finally hit the solutions team who could finally confirm a refund. I got no food, no customer service, and was not attended to in any means. To top it off when i asked to speak to manager i was transferred again to another customer service rep. I will be taking all this to the ACCC.
No customer service and over 2 hours to get food that was cancelled
Terrible service. Thought I would Order Menulog for the first time. Definitely a bad choice. Food hadn't arrived after an hour so I tried to call, was on hold for over 30 minutes, so I gave up and called the restaurant to see if it was because the driver hadn't arrived or if the food was delayed. They said the driver was still 20 minutes away! So I asked them to cancel the order, they said that's fine and Menulog would refund me. However she had broken English and must have thought I meant I would cancel it through Menulog. Which I had tried to...do, but there is no way to contact them! I tried calling, messaging, emailing and Facebook. There is no customer service at all! It's now the morning after and still noone has replied! If you live in Perth do not use.
Ordered dinner from our favorite Indian (usually use Uber eats but for some reason was not working). Said it would be delivered in about a hour, the map displayed the driver being outside so we went to look and no-one was there and we even looked around the block. Suddenly the map went red and lost signal with the driver, it just stayed like that. We rung the hotline and they said they wouldn't refund us so we rung again now a hour and a half after ordereding and still no food. They said they would call back, still no call back. Never got our food had to reorder something different off Uber Eats. Will NEVER be using this service again.

1.5 hours later and still waiting... Rang Menulog and told due to high call volume they will call me back... Have said I need order cancelled as food sitting waiting for driver in restaurant for over an hour... They cannot confirm cancellation.... Stay tuned
A Terrible Service
Accidentally submitted the wrong order (forgot to order sauce and my coupon didn't go through), immediately contacted the company to cancel the order, was met by apathetic people who kept transferring me to different people (Seemed to be trying to stall me), one person didn't even respond to my messages, finally they said that too much time had passed and they couldn't cancel my order, Won't use this company again unless they drastically change their customer service.
Stay away from Menu Log
Terrible experience, placed an order for 12pm for our 30min work lunch and get a text after 12pm saying it'll be delivered at 12.13pm. OK no biggie....but the driver turns up with the wrong food, he tried to blame us for it and then said he won't go back to the restaurant you have to call Menulog. We call the restaurant who apologises and admits they gave the wrong order and advise if we can get him to come back they can have it ready to pick up now but he refuses and leaves. Call Menulog who state they will email a voucher give extra and we ha...ve to order it again. 12.43pm voucher came through with less than a 10% add on to what we paid, decided this is ridiculous and lunch is over I'll just request a refund to my credit card to be told that cannot happen after I'd agreed to get the voucher to order our food again.
I placed a order at around 2.40 and it said it will not be delivered till 3.40 that's a whole hour after I had placed the order, now I'm waiting on thw phone with menu log trying to get a refund and find out why ita going to take so long for my order, by the time someone answers me my food will pretty much here!! This is highly unacceptable!!! And I certainly will NOT be using menu log again!!
not happy with the service today, the food was delivered extremely slow, the driver went to the wrong house furthermore the food was cold when it was delivered. Not Impressed. Definitely won’t be using menulog again.
Bad service of menulog
I will give a zero rating. I ordered at 7pm and got an email that i will recieve my order at 7.35pm but then they called me at 7.35 and told me that food is ready and i will recieve my order in 5 mins but its 8.24 now and i haven't recieve my order. Yet. Bad sevice. I have been menulog customer since long. But i am never going to return to menulog now. Bad service ever. Never order through menulog everyone.
Wasted 3 hours of my time
It took 3 hours after ordering to find out that no one picked up my order from the restaurant not once but twice. The first time I called was 1.5 hours after ordering, I called menulog to ask where it was as the tracker said it's on the watch and what was happening and they said they'd investigate and call me back in 30-60 minutes so I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to call me back and say driver hasn't even picked it up, and if I wanted a refund or if I still wanted it delivered, I said I still want it delivered since I had already be...en waiting that long and the lady from Menulog said she will find a courier to deliver my order. 45 or so minutes later the menulog tracker said my orders been delivered and it hadn't, I called the restaurant and they said no menulog driver has come to collect the order and they have no idea what's happening. I've been on hold for 20 minutes to ask for refund after wasting 3 hours of my time on this service, still haven't been helped, still on hold, takes payment easily but you don't rectify errors easily. Really really disappointed.
