Customer Service is atrocious – I have a MB Insurance policy underwritten by Allianz. Each time over the past 2 years that I've held this policy and needed to contact customer service, there is so many issues trying to get through to someone. The telephone IVR system when you call Mercedes-Benz Financial Services always messes up when you follow the prompts to try to connect through to Allianz - constantly just ends the call, or you get messaging saying the service is unavailable (yes, during business hours too). It is so very frustrating!
I have also received my renewal notice for 2023-2024 year. I appreciate that the cost of living has increased for everything; however my renewal has increased by $628 for the year. I can't comprehend how my vehicle's market value has decreased quite a lot since the release of the newer models, yet my premium has increased by that much. Did a quote online as a new customer, and can get the same premium with a lower excess (opposed to the higher excess as a customer of 2 years) - go figure. Will definitely be quoting elsewhere.

Was unbelievable to work with – Dealing with a lady there called Sandie - who was incredible. I believe she heads up the team. She was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Should you ever need support - ask to speak with her, she was one of the nicest Mercedes Benz people I have dealt with.
