Does anyone know if an action group has been formed to make this disgusting company transparent??
There is something fundamentally off with this organisation. I have done some research and found ASIC fined them in the millions back in 2021. I don't think they legally operate in Australia. There is no street address for them. I am extremely worried about my superannuation and will be lodging a complaint with ASIC and AFCA.
If anyone has actually had a great experience with Mercer ? Even when I spoke with one of their people today ( yes I got to speak to someone!$ they admitted they don’t and would have their super with Mercer
Mercer is the worst ever Superannuation Company and they do not care about their members. Only interested in making profits.
I agree - they make you wait and wait on the phone and then all you get it drivel- email them the same - they are pathetic
That’s all very well and good but how the heck do you get to close your account when they give everyone the run around- surely there has to be a duty of care from someone- my poor 82 year old father is struggling financially and thought that he was doing the right thing- I’m so angry with this company- I’m beginning to think they are a ponzy scheme and they should be on the ATSIC radar
