their recommended accountant was unreliable, and I ultimately had to rebuild my entire team independently.

Despite clearly communicating my dissatisfaction and lack of value received, Metropole refused to refund the fee—even though I never proceeded with the plan or received ongoing support. Their justification was that the plan was "delivered" and "hosted on a platform." That level of service, in my view, does not justify the price tag.

Since moving to KHI, I’ve received a comprehensive, integrated, and genuinely helpful property strategy at no additional cost—and already purchased my first property with their support. I would not recommend Metropole to anyone looking for a genuine end-to-end wealth creation strategy.

best due diligence on our behalf and did not foresee all the new apartments that was planned for the area and the surroundings suburbs. This is a lam excuse as this is the expertise we pay for. Otherwise we would have done it ourselves and may have done better. Could not be any worst then what Metropole has done. Because of this it has set us back on building our property portfolio due to minimum capital gain. They have cost us financially, but they have benefited in the buyers agent fees and acted as our real estate agent renting the property for the last 10 years.

Another reason why I would also avoid Metropole is because you never know who you are dealing with because of the constant change of staff and with no notifications to the landlord. My recent experience with the company has finally broke the camels back as the property manager was rude and abrupt in approach and not helpful or knowledgeable at all. It seems like she was working for the tenants and supporting their demands of an excessive decrease in rent by $50/week. When it took nearly 8 years for it to have a decent increase. When I seek for her expert opinions. She kept brushing off the matter by saying, "its up to me" and also try to encourage me to give in to the tenants demands by stating that the rental price in the area has gone down and that it will cost me more money to find a new tenant. I really felt very disappointed and dismayed by her lazy attitude. All this headache came during Christmas/New Year time, which was such a downer. On a separate conversation with the property manager she had the gall to commence the conversation with "sorry for missing your call, I've been busy dealing with rental increases " I saw red, and therefore decided to leave Metropole and got a professional Real Estate agent who is knowledgeable of the area and in his job and accessible.

On another note, Metropole was also suppose to do yearly reviews and update us on how the property is going and how we can move forward. This never happened and when I did chase them up over the years it has been extremely difficult, again due to change of staff and phone tags. I'm wondering is there anyone working?

the incorrect assumption I am a casual worker. I provided all the required and correct information for the financial assessment. The broker (who partners with Metropole) and Metropole advisor assumed I was a causal worker because “temporary” was listed on my payslip, however I was acting in a higher position, and still had a permanent job. Neither the advisor or broker sought to clarify with me if I was a casual worker. A broker and advisor with integrity would agree that the onus is on them to ask the right questions of their clients to ensure their assessment is as accurate as possible. -I after raising these concerns, I asked metropole for a new advisor and my request was declined. There was no acknowledgement that better care could have been taken ensure my SPP was based on the most accurate financial assessment. - Fortunately they did offer me a refund and the option to no longer progress with the development of the SPP. - I can't help but wonder if my experience would have been different if I was a high-net worth client.

Hassle-free process that provides long-term clarity and context – I was confused and gripped with fear of missing out as I really had no idea what to do in this current crazy market. short, I recently just completed an investment property purchase interstate in Brisbane through the help of one of their buyers agents in the Brisbane office. Couldn't be happier. Cashflow wise, it is comfortable to hold as it had taken into account my surplus and planned finance changes in the next few years. Purchased property has uniqueness in a suburb that has supply restrictions as it is an established suburb (not the house and land package areas where there are infinite supply of land). The fees paid are well worth it as I can see that the potential mistakes I could have made had I gone it alone could easily cost 5-10 x more (not looking in the right area to begin with, overpaying on an inferior property, setting up the loans incorrectly, not taking into account buffers and cashflow, selecting properties with unsuitable growth and yield profiles, etc).

Brand new Oven failure after 2.5 years - No ownership regardless of ACCC and consumer law protection – A disappointing expereince as a customer of Metropole Construction servcies. They installed a new oven 2.5 years ago - it has failed and they told me I needed to replace. The conversations I had with the consultants were helpful, and I would happily pay for that service at a reasonable hourly rate but the final report was dismal and didnt seem to cover the detail I expected from reading Michael Yardney's books. Bottom line if you have can use a spreadsheet save yourself the money, read Michaels books and buy/make a excel spreadsheet that calculates capital gains and costs etc.
