have loots of plush carpets would probably also need an Electrobrush. For us this package ( inclusive of Microset , TurboBrush, MiniTurboBrush, HardFloor Twister and on board brushes. ) seems more than adequate and is simply Excellent. Suction is ~20% better that that of 20 YO now BJ ( 1200 W as well). Noise level is exactly the same; quite reasonable. (Twenty years ago it was quiet in comparison with howling, then, models of other brands). If Brilliant will last 20years + as MieleBlackJewel has lasted, than it would say it is a very good vacuum

Can't live without this powerful vacuum – A very well-designed product. The suction on this vacuum is exceptionally powerful, making it easy for me to suck up the smallest bit of dust, and it's very easy to manoeuvre, especially when I'm wheeling around small spaces. I have a mix of carpet and hardwood floors in my house and the option to choose between surfaces means that I don't have to worry about scuffing my floors. The vacuum is also surprisingly quiet. Best vac ever – I have a two bedroom apartment and this vacuum does the job with easy. It is easy to move in and out of tight spaces and also light in comparison to other brands. It also has a silent dial to allow for reduced noise, however it doesn't effect the performance of the machine. Overall it is great quality and also the bags are about 20$ for 4 so good value and last me about 4 months before needing to change them as they are large.  Show details

Great! – Perfect vacuum cleaner, not only does the job, but also looks good. I liked how the power on / off button was easy to turn with one foot and how you can change the head to reach and clean different corners. and the disposable bags are another plus point. Highly recommended  Show details

An excellent product – Suction is phenomenal. It is adjustable so I use only half suction power on hard floors and full on carpet. The vacuum is easy to manoeuvre and has a good long power cord to reach a long way. My house is small but it still takes a long time to fill the dust bag. One drawback is that dust bags need to be ordered online, but this could also be an advantage as they are delivered to your door.  Show details

This is perfect – I am quite happy with the performance. I am use this vancum cleaner for the tiles floor and carpet. It works very well. I can't live without it. The only issue is that the sounds a bit big, when it is working. But this vacuum cleaner is still under a very good condition since I bought 1year ago. Great product – This vacuum cleaner is very powerful. My previous one is nothing compared this product. Suction very easy to adjust. The "quiet" setting is great. The tools provided are very good. I use this vacuum on our floor and to vacuum the car often, clean the carpets. It is very light and does the work perfectly.  Show details

Miele - my new favourite ! – I'm so impressed with this vacuum. For the past 10 years I've used Dyson and have been happy with their performance. lay several times with the Miele literally once or twice is sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised and quite shocked. It moves just as easily as the Dyson snd is just as flexible. Infact its lighter and less cumbersome so easier to store. I implore you to check it out and check out Miele if your in the market for a new vacuum cleaner. Well done Miele !!! It's pretty good, but – It's not that great on hard wood floors like most vacuums, leaves more than it picks up, what's new? The hybrid means you can use the electrical cord or use it cordless so it's convenient not having to have a cord if your happy to not have full power, but for $1100, it's not that great. and now I use this, think at a pinch the Electrolux was better on wooden floors. There is an option to buy a wooden floor piece, but for this price, I would have expected it to be included which it's not. My old $400 Electrolux did the same job on carpets as this and had a few better options, so time over again, wouldn't buy this.
