A hard fight – My wife bought it a few years ago due to the Choice review. I use it and am tired of fighting it over carpet. Have used both heads. With the turbo head I had to clean cat hair off every time I used it. The regular head is not as hard as the turbo over carpet, but I would prefer 2 hours of brushcutting to 15 minutes vacuuming. The cover hinges over the brush compartment broke shortly after purchase for no good reason.
Good for the Under 50's – We've owned our Miele CatnDog for many years with almost no complaints, however we're now in our mid-fifties and we find it (and its replacement model in the shop) cumbersome and somewhat heavy and draggy. has a durable build quality Heavy on carpets, has to be dragged and tugged wearying the user. Uncomfortable tube handle.
Best suction cleaner – excellent vacuum cleaner, the carpet brush works a treat, keeps the dust mites down. love using it easy to use all tools on board. easy to store and moves around the house really well. Really like it on a par with the Dyson but not as expensive. All round good cleaner, has great attachments and suction can be varied for whatever you are cleaning i.e curtains etc. Everything a cleaner should be
