Works as expected for a $2400 dryer – This is a heat pump model and does its job nice and quiet. Easy to clean filters and emptying water can. Drying can some time It is big, however, make sure you dont put more than the load specified Simple and easy to use dial and buttons I will update the reliability as it goes. Its been 18 months including little usage during summer season.
Dryer miele 7950 – Perfect clothes dryer. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. No more moisture and fluff on laundry walls. Worth every cent i paid for it. Incredible power savings as well. Overall I wish I had replaced my old one years ago. If only I had known better.

I would recommend the Miele T7950 WP over any competition. Before buying I did a technical analysis with other similar heat pump models. OK, the upfront cost is higher but if you look at the price per Kilowatt which is going in one direction and look at the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), it is a no brainer! There is less wear or abrasions on clothing and is super quiet. Do the homwork and the maths adds up over the life of the product. I was so happy that I also purchased a front loader washer and next will be a new speed oven.
