Cheap products that arrive without tags faded and look like they have been washed and returned. Upon further research I have found they bulk buy from Temu and pretend to be a local Aussie brand. Customer service is useless. Do not buy from them! Show details

Terrible! Bought a bag choosing a specific colour embroidery. Received the wrong colour. The owner responds acknowledging that they changed the embroidery description to be more accurate (so I suspect this happened a lot). And won’t send a replacement to align with the order (with an image example! ). He says most customers phone them to be sure.… Read more

The customer service (twice) has been very poor and in this economy I understand they don’t have to be kind to all customers, but at least be fair!

5 star customer service! I’ve bought a few things from Mini Zali and absolutely love it. My 5 month old and 2 year old have a couple of adorable matching sets and I match them in my shirts aswell. But best of all, I’d reached out to the owner for a special request of a design on a backpack, she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got the perfect bag and it’s amazing, 10/10 service! I wish I’d read the reviews before buying. 3-6months was too small for my 4 month old kid and they just made the return so tedious and annoying- I ended up not using it- will donate it probably. Never buying from them again Show details
Absolute scam! I work in ecec and see a large number of children in care wearing this brand daily. The quality is atrocious, the fabrics are disgustingly uncomfortable and beyond cheap. Mini Zali very obviously drop ships or relabels Temu or SHEIN style clothing as their own and makes an astronomical profit by scamming parents.
Do not waste your money on this brand, the clothes are the same you can buy from Temu or shein, some fabrics are absolutely terrible quality and rough. The marketing makes this brand out to be grand and made with quality, it is the complete opposite. Would not recommend unfortunately, very disappointing as I was very excited for these pieces to arrive for my little girl. Show details
I’ve ordered a personalised backpack from Mini Zali for my niece to use in daycare with her name on it and the quality of the backpack is great. However, the alignment of the embroidered name isn’t that straight but it’s not totally noticeable. Show details
Very poor quality clothing, my Bub isn’t born yet so decided to cold wash to prepare and the strings on the pants all come undone, the colouring is faded on the patterns and there are loose strings coming off everywhere. Show details
Quality of these products is below substandard considering these are baby clothes. Strong chemical smell when opening the package. Smell didn’t wash out even after soaking. only made this worse. After washing the material started to feel course or slimy like the plastic content was breaking down. I didn’t feel comfortable returning knowing another mum might buy them. I threw them away.
Received a request review on the product website so submitted honestly noting they only show 5star reviews. The owner emailed me back denying my feedback so I sent her a more detailed review based on my experience in product development and marketing. Her reply didn’t address any of my concerns.
It’s clear this business knowingly cuts corners in the manufacturing line to save money but I would not consider these products safe.

Buy the same stuff from shein or temu – The clothes are fine i guess. I purchased a heap during a sale. It's definitely shein quality clothes. I'd be a lot more mad if I'd paid full price. It's fine, but I won't be shopping there again. Show details
Poor quality – Promotes itself as an Australian business but clearly Chinese temu products. Very low quality and sizing is really weird.
Buy the exact same of Shein or Temu – Definitely buy their products from Temu or Shein. You can find the exact same on their websites. They put a huge mark up on them and insist their products are 95% cotton. The quality is so poor. Show details

Weird/impractical fit – Did not like the make/fit of the items but not worth sending back at my postage expense for store credit. Interesting the site only shows 5 star reviews on every product, I find it hard to believe they are showing all reviews. They list ‘easy returns on all items’, however their customer service is very defensive and items on sale cannot be refunded. Item is ridiculously wide and would not suit any newborn. Show details

Some of their reviews do mention the size, but they defend this by saying out of the "80-100 pieces they sell everyday, they receive a size review once every 2 weeks"; this shouldn’t be the point. Follow-up · I don’t recall delivery time. But I didn’t follow up where my product was so I’d say it was reasonable. The packaging was little plastic bags with each item, glue seal. The return process may be updated and clearer now, I haven’t checked. The material is what was the number one issue. It was all polyester

Fantastic packaging – I just received my parcel from Mini Zali in the mail. Love our clothes – Clothes are cheap price and have been great quality for us. Have bought my son multiple pieces and have never had any troubles with quality. Staff have been super easy to contact when I had a size enquiry. Fast shipping to Qld!!! Always receiving compliments on his clothes.
Terrible Quality - straight from China – I was really disappointed in the quality of the items. They feel cheap and don’t even have size labels. Only label is for wash instructions and say “made in China” and the “size” said “70” for baby size 000. Would not recommend and will not purchase from this company again.
