cheap and nasty (think cheapest nastiest smelling Aldi products) so you need to air the place out. I don't knock Aldi, but when you're paying for premium cleaning, you don't expect cheap toxic smelling products. Also the people they sent last time made myself and my children very uncomfortable. My kids (teens) asked if they couldn't come back into the house as those "cleaners" gave my kids the creeps. We organised for the better cleaners to come back.

The next time the cleaners were meant to come, Miracle Maid didn't confirm the booking (like they ALWAYS DID) so that morning, I messaged to say I urgently needed to go into work (Special Needs School - teacher away last minute) and since MM hadn't confirmed, I went in. MM messaged to say it was too late to cancel, the cleaners were on their way and I needed to confirm access to site. This was sent at 8:55am and the cleaners were booked to arrive 9-10am. The message was sent when I was already AT WORK and I've told them repeatedly, I can't guarantee I'll be contactable during work hours due to the nature of my work. I work in a school with children with extreme, high support needs (everything is locked up/gated). When I left my home, I told my husband MM might be coming so he cancelled his meetings and waited for them.

MM never arrived and Mary messaged, stating because I didn't confirm the cleaners access to the site, she cancelled and "as this has been rescheduled multiple times (ONE CONFIRMED BOOKING WAS RESCHEDULED) no further re-clean appointments will be offered and the matter is now closed." I said my husband was waiting, if the cleaners were on their way, all they had to do was knock on the door. Mary didn't respond and Miracle Maid have deleted my account. I can't log in to access any of my booking/payment details. They've taken the money and not provided the service.

On a personal note, this service is due to my health needs and I feel they're taking advantage of the whole situation. Given they didn't confirm the booking, I wonder if the cleaners weren't even coming and MM used this as an opportunity to get out of the booking. It doesn't make sense - if the cleaners really were on their way, they were due to arrive any minute, so wouldn't they knock on the door? You wouldn't pull over and sit in the car, waiting for your boss to get back to you. If you're really on your way at the scheduled time, by the time your boss got back to you, you should BE THERE.

Note: their prices are much cheaper than others but that's because they don't provide the service so DON'T FALL FOR IT. Plus they said they'd declutter but THEY DON'T.

I am absolutely appalled by the service from Miracle Maid Cleaners. I paid $1,215 for a deep clean, expecting a professional job, but what I got was a disaster. grime, and dirt are everywhere—exactly what I hired them to remove!

I have added photo evidence to show just how bad the so-called "cleaning" was. This was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

They will respond to this review with a generic response, dont be fooled by their response, Miracle Maid cleaners do not care about the job they do.

I lost $1,215 paying these cleaners, do not make the same mistake i did. Better cleaners out there, find them if you want a good clean.

Definitely would never use these cleaners again – I reviewed this company before understanding who they were, this is an amendment. I have come to understand that they just contract work to independent people who are obviously not all experienced, or can speak English or are made to drive from great distanced to jobs. My first cleaner, was a good cleaner, but after weeks of knowing him, Fernando hit me up for cash as he had not been paid and desperately needed petrol money. I gave him $200 cash and he never repaid, then left the company. It was my fault, but on asking for his contact details Miracle Maid told me they had no responsibility over their employees (as they are just contractors) and would not give their details out!

The second cleaner was a team of 2, who apparently drove over an hour to get to me - and thus were always late and unreliable. There was a lack of communication between the cleaners, myself and Miracle Maid. These cleaners were unfriendly, seemed annoyed at their job and unprepared! The lady (who I had never heard her speak, guess she didn't understand English) cleaned things I didnt ask for (and complained to me in writing the next day) could not smile or show any respect, and started to vacuum my ceramic gloss tiled floors with the metal vacuum head head meant for carpet. I walked in to her scratching my tiles with metal! On questioning the other cleaner, he said they didn't have any other heads to use???? I made them stop, until they came back with a complete vacuum unit, because all vacuums come with a range of heads. They left my toilets (being used by a hospital rehab patient with 2 new knees) obviously dirty.

The final cleaner, came hours late, again due to a lack of communication with Miricle Maid. I had to call my daughter with her baby, to drive over and sit in the house as I didnt know this man as I had to be driven to hospital. He then suddenly left the job, it was half finished (floors half vacuumed, not mopped and toilets not completed) and he told the company he was told to leave which was an outright lie.

So no, I would not recommend this company at all. They seem to just be managers of contract workers who dont seem to be experienced cleaners and in some part were just uni students.
