I recently purchased the Mitchum Clinical Gel on a whim, after staring at the many rows of antiperspirant deodorants in my Chemist Warehouse for well over 10 minutes. It was on sale for $8 & the mechanism fascinated me enough to try it out. Putting on gel in my underarms felt unusual at first, but I got over that when I noticed that this product… Read more
worked effectively in blocking both odur & sweat for an entire day! A perimenopausal woman's best friend! The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because it does cause some mild irritation after underarm shaving for around 48 hours. Other than that, an excellent product!
I bought this Mitchum Clinical Gel expecting high performance, but it is a complete failure. No matter how much or how little I apply, the result is the same: it stays incredibly sticky and uncomfortable. Within minutes, the gel dries into white… Read more
crumbs and flakes that fall off my skin. I have to wash it off and start again with a different brand every time. A total waste of money. Do not recommend. Eaven the website not working
Follow-up · I am not buying it anymore. I couldn't contact the customer service on the website. I am using different products from different companies
Terrible product doesn’t work at all – Does not work at all complete waste of money, when I contacted the company thinking maybe it was the batch I had purchased they did not respond so obviously just another complaint. So many other options that do work stick with them. Show details

Lasts Ages! – Both my husband and I have used this deodorant on and off for years now and we always love it! The scent is not too much but it does an amazing job at keeping your pits dry and smelling fresh. You can rely on these especially on days when you work out a lot, sweat from the heat or whatever the reason, the formula of this cuts through it all. Show details
If you'd like burnt armpits use the gel!! – I've used mitchum for years, and got excited to see a gel version so thought I'd try that, not only is it more a liquid than a gel, it burnt my armpits. Show details
Horrible – As you see in the picture stain my black shirt, and it stinks on your first sweat Show details
Awful!! Burnt skin from using this product!! – So been using this for a few days and last night noticed burns under both my armpits and rawness. Today even worse!! Had to use Suda Cream to calm the uncomfortable feeling this has caused!! Do not buy this product as its basically dangerous!! Show details
The gel burns – Since Covid I haven’t been able to travel and get my gel deodorant from the States so I tried the Mitchum gel. It burned so I stopped using it for a week and started using Dove. I then went back to using Mitchum I really wanted it to work because it cost triple the price of Dove, but after 2 days it started to burn again. Show details

best ever – I found a gel deodrant in the usa years ago and was thrilled when Mitchums arrive in Australia. Its absolutley the best. If it irritates, use it ten mins after showering. Show details
Lasts for so long! – I love this deodorant. I buy it for my boyfriend whom of which most deodorants don’t really last on, but this lasts him easily 48 hours and still smells so nice. He’s not a huge fan of the gel texture but it works. Show details
The best product I have ever used – I have used the clinical powder fresh soft solid (not gel - it doesn’t work) for several years now and it has never failed. I apply it after my shower. Other brands do not work for me. Show details

Dreadful product – It doesn’t work as well as it used to. It causes intense itching. It’s impossible to wash off. Causes small, painful swellings on the skin. I cannot recommend this at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. Show details

ruins your clothes – I put my faith in Mitchum products for years and realized after some time that they cause staining on my clothes and worse than that the fabric became hard and it was impossible to get it out. Ruined several expensive shirts. I wrote to the company and didn't even get a reply. Will never use them again Show details
All bad burning armpits – By far this deodorant does the job at keeping me from having smelly armpits. However, I just started back using this product after 20 odd years. This time around my armpits are wet and sticky and the last time I used the deodorant my armpits burned and became very bruised I had to wipe my arms with a cold towel. I’m sad because I like the deodorant. I used the gel. Not sure if the solid stick would give me the same reaction. Show details

Awful – Just tried this gel deodorant for the first time and I feel absolutely gross after a walk to work. The gel applies thick and wet, and that feeling doesn't go away. After a 10 minute walk I feel clammy, wet, sticky, and disgusting. Do not recommend at all. Show details
Used forever and suddenly it makes my pits itch terribly! So bummed as a Mitchum Loyal – Bought a twofer stick and it suddenly caused itching in my pits. Why mess with a great formula. I bought a different Mitchum and it doesn't stop odor. I'm done. Buhbye Mitchum. Show details
Packaging fail – Product works ok but the twisting mechanism has completely stuck and won't turn any more even though there is plenty of product left inside. I have been using Mitchum roll on for years and swear by it but I have always had problems with the rollers stopping working so I thought this product would be better from that point of view but in fact it… Read more
is worse. I am really over Mitchum packaging fails and I am going to hunt for a new product that works and allows you to actually use the whole product.
Poor quality packaging and Revlon’s customer service; not helpful – I’ve been using Mitchum natural power deodorant, and the last x2 tool on containers only work to 3/4 then the remaining content cannot be wound up with the manual dial. Is anyone else having this problem. Reckon Customer services have not replied to me. This is not a cheap product to buy and losing 25% in the container is not good. I would NOT recommend buying this product. Show details
In pain cause of this product – I dont have any allergies to anything usually but this made my underarms swollen, broken out, itchy, painful. Would not recommend!!!!!!! It doesnt even cover a little b.o smell. Ive stopped using it for a week now and im still in unbearable itchiness and pain. Will never be using it again! Straight to the bin it went Show details
I don’t understand how this deodorant makes me sweat more!!! – As soon as I put it on, I start actually sweating more than before I even put any deodorant on. The most expensive deodorant I’ve ever bought and it does absolutely nothing to block sweat. Absolutely disappointed in this company for using such huge claims of “48 hour protection” and “clinical support” it is complete false advertisement. It can’t even protect me from sweating for a hour after putting it on. Show details
Stinks – This new formula smells foul. I have used this for many years loving the powder fresh scent. I have thrown out a brand new one as it stinks. Every time you move your arms this horrible scent is emitted. Natural body odour smells a lot better than this deodorant. Show details

Terrible leaves burn marks – My partner used this and had a rash so I tried it also as I like your other deodorant. We both have just tried this deodorant and both have red rash under our arms. It burns and leaves a mark. Show details
Dries and leaves a white residue underarm – Tried the Mitchum gel formula but every time I use it it dries down and leaves a white crusty residue under my armpits. Didn’t work for me, don’t recommend it. Show details
Causes itch and irritation – I used to love this deodorant, but something must have changed in the formula. It now causes my underarms to be super itchy and a few bumps have appeared. Such a shame though, it smells nice, is affordable, and used to be gentle on my skin. I am now switching to an alum-based deodorant. Show details
Product failure – This product does not solve the problem of B.O. At the end of a not very active day I can detect my B.O. on both me and my clothes. Total failure.
Horrible – After a few months of using this my armpits started getting lumps which is lymph nodes inflamed from the aluminium. My armpits are painful. Please dont use this if you have allergies. The aluminium blocks your armpit paws and makes the lymph nodes swollen. I have been in pain for months. I am not happy that they didnt put a warning about lumps on armpits on the container. Bad experience with the Gel!! – I changed to Mitchum because was struggling to find a deodorant to stop my BO. Mitchum cream made it happen. However, I had white marks on my clothes. So, decided to try the Gel! All good until suddenly, rashes in my underarms appeared...At the moment, I am trying to survive to this rash to then change to a new brand. :( Show details
False advertising – The blurb on the packet of Mitchum clinical gel says "no white marks". This is patently untrue and I have the white marks on shirts and skivvies to prove it. Show details
Burning Sensation – I would not recommend this gel, unless you enjoy a burning sensation after application. And don't mind having to apply aloe vera to the red rash in both armpits. Disappointing Show details
Change the formula back – I use to love this product would keep me dry and fresh all day but I feel like the formula changed because now it just makes my armpits itchy I have tried you new gel product but you may as well not put any deodorant on as that does nothing. Please put the formula back to what it was about a new or so ago Show details
