Absolutely awful - would never sign up again – I Inherited a 60 month lease on two Mitronics machines when I took over as manager in a business. The lease was way beyond our needs and very expensive. We had a machine we didn't need anymore. Asked them to take it back (understanding I would still need to pay for it) they refused to collect it unless we signed another 3 year contract! Highway Robbery - WATCH OUT for the the direct debits continuing beyond the lease – A previous company director signed what can only be described as the worst ever deal – a locked-in $6K (5 year commitment) for a $1.5K printer. took into account the re-sale value of the printer. Could have been a win-win, but instead it ended up being a lose-lose.
At the conclusion of the lease – again, another lose-lose. $600 for a six year old, $1.5K printer. Any logic would tell you that's a good deal, but not at Mitronics. Funny that this re-sale value was never factored when we tried to withdraw from the contract.
So we went and purchased a new printer for $1K – better than the old one. In 10 months, we'll be ahead.
One piece of advice – Don't lease, buy.
Oh and the add insult to the relationship – they continued charging us after the notice period and returning the printer. Love it – entirely symbolic of the relationship. Thankfully, I cancelled the DD. Highway robbery.

Extremely Rude, Disrespectful, Unprofessional Customer Service Via Phone Contact – Recently, I contacted Mitronics for ink cartridge availability. I spoke to the person who directs calls to the various departments (name withheld). This lady told me the name of the person to whom I should speak (name withheld) but she told me that this person was on hold on another line. that she needed my email address and phone number and that the relevant person would call me back. I then told her that unfortunately I really didn’t have time for that process as I needed the information as soon as possible so I said: “That’s ok I’ll call back a bit later”. She then told me that she was sorry she couldn’t place me on hold as she fields all incoming calls and directs the calls on…but again insisted that if I left my number, my call would be returned…again I said: “That’s ok, I’ll call back soon, thank you for your time, I appreciate it”…and as I spoke I heard what sounded like the phone hanging up! I called back a second later and introduced myself and asked her whether the line dropped out or whether she hung up on me as I was saying goodbye and thanking her. She replied: “No, I didn’t there was no one on the line”. So then I proceeded to try and reiterate what I was saying when the line “dropped out” that I was thanking her for her time etc… and she interrupted me defensively saying that she didn’t hang up on me etc, etc…so I told her that since she was on the front line of the company, she ought to be very customer service focused and not interrupt customers while they are trying to speak as it doesn’t serve for good company/customer relations…and…again before I could finish what I was saying, she attempted to interrupt me!…Again I asked her to allow me to finish.. again she interrupted me…UNbelievable…So then seeing that this was a futile exercise, I said: “Ok then (name again withheld), thanks very much, goodbye now and again she hung up on me like before, but at least this time she allowed me to complete the sentence before she hung up abruptly. Clearly, management doesn’t care and has absolutely no repercussions in place for staff that interact with customers in such a rude, combative, uncivilised and egregiously unprofessional manner. Truly disgraceful behaviour from your company’s representative. This isn’t the first time your staff failed at providing professional customer service via phone contact either. Perhaps a rudimentary course addressing emotional maturity, respectful and congenial verbal communication might be in order for all concerned. Perhaps knowing that management does not tolerate this type of disrespectful behaviour towards customers, staff will be more motivated to respond with professional decorum. Since they clearly do not possess the internal resources or motivation, perhaps external motivation via consequences from the managers might be required. Very upsetting indeed!!

Great service – I've been dealing with Mitronics for 11 years and have always found the account management and ability to be flexible when working in the channel more than acceptable. Dealing with a wide range of products brings new challenges and unavoidable problems which are always dealt with head on for a mutually beneficial result. Highly recommended.
Mitronics MFD – We replaced our old dysfunctional MFD with a Konika Minolta on a service agreement with Mitronics. Mitronics have been great - very responsive with service issues and our account manager constantly approaches us for feedback. Great company to work with and the MFD has been a productivity lifesaver.

ACRC Greats service – The service was great from form the outset. competitive pricing and great quality service before and after the delivery of the machine. The printer was delivered on time & we had follow up calls to see how the machine was functioning and if there was anything else they could assist the staff with. this is the second printer I have brought of mitronics and I could not recommend a better service.
Unbelievably fast and great server – I'm not sure where the others here are coming from. Ive used Mitronics for supplies and printer hardware. I am amazed at how quickly the items arrive when I order toner, paper etc. Ive been using them for over 5 years and its been a fantastic experience.

Mitronics - Avoid at all cost – Our 5 year contract with Mitronics for a printer/photocopier has just ended. It couldn't come soon enough as the machine has caused nothing but problems and is very expensive to run. On advice of our intention not to renew the contract, Mitronics became very aggressive and advised that they required 6 months written notice prior to the end… Read more
contract. They also advised that return of the machine would not be accepted until payment is made for the additional 6 months (regardless of the contract expiration). Mitronics then advised that an additional cost of $1,500 would be due for the additional 6 months and we agreed to pay it just to end the contract and to cut ties with them. Now they send an invoice for over $4,000 to cover this 6 months period. As if we weren't being gouged enough for the past 5 years, Mitronics are pressing to get as much cash as possible from a long term customer. Strongly advise to avoid this company at all cost.
Terrible Service, slow/unresponsive – After a year with them we have decided to go forth with a different supplier. unpaid invoice and send threats to charge interest even though it was their fault for forgetting to email out the invoice in the first place. Not happy, certainly to be avoided at all cost.
AVOID HAVING BUSINESS WITH MITRONICS AT ALL COST – Incompetent, unresponsive and unhelpful staff. We have been in contract with Mitronics for 5 years, they silently double the print and copy per page cost without notification or informing us. per page cost in the contract actually covers all of those above, so their sales people offer customer x cents cost per page usage to get users hook in then after the contract is signed they will double up that cost without any notification. From sales manager to account managers to technical support to billing their staff are very dishonesty, unprofessional and often aggressive.
Avoid at all costs – Incompetent, unresponsive and unhelpful staff. Employees at our company have wasted countless hours chasing up machine issues. We have spent a fortune outsourcing printing while machine we've paid for just sits unused. Mitronics refuse to replace consistently faulty hardware. From account managers to technical support to billing their staff are rude, childish and often aggressive.
