Overall, the performance has been good regarding heating/cooling. Have had an issue with a noisy fan (internal) on install, which was replace no issues under warranty. But the fan unit became noisy again after 18 months. Again, replaced under warranty no issues. I would buy again.

Great, best decision I ever made except for marrying my husband – Small house so keeps every room cool. Cools/heats quickly. Just a push of 2 buttons and it meets our needs. Meets extended usage. Best Brand! – Mitsubishi is a fantastic brand and this air conditioner is perfect for our scorching Qld summer weather and current daily usage. The fan distance has no issues reaching our end of hallway office. Very happy with our purchase

Quality, reliable A/C – Good unit, quiet and effective. Looks very stylish when not operating. When operating the front and bottom both open outwards and it looks less attractive. Show details

Very pleased! – I don’t use the AC often as I prefer fresh air but when I do need to use it, particularly on those really hot days or evenings, I find it to be fantastic. When it reaches the required temperature I turn the fan right down and it’s so quiet. It’s all I hoped it to be. The few times I used it in winter it was great too. Show details

cost efficient compared to the old one. It had several innovative features, it closes itself up completely with a top cover that comes down and the lower one that moves up so dust doesn't build up as it is not exposed. It has a feature to help eliminate allergens with a Clean Air filtration cycle. It has a lot of features I've never seen before - and did I mention quiet? I was so impressed that when my family room air conditioner failed last summer, I replaced it with the 6.0 kW model of the Avanti Plus range. The smaller model in my bedroom sailed through a hot and humid Brisbane summer. I'm a convert having had many different brands and models in different rooms over the past 3 decades, so five stars from me.
