Love everything but the seal – I love everything about this fridge except the seal on the small door you constantly have to make sure it’s pushed back or it won’t shut being a higher priced fridge I thought wouldn’t have issues . Terrible after sales service – Couldn't be more disappointed with the response from mitsubishi. We had our fridge delivered on a monday and due to its size it couldnt fit in through any of our entry points into the house. dropping one of the doors and scratching it badly in 2 places, the fridge once finally installed is shorting the whole kitchen and therefore doesnt work. This happened on the monday. We bought the fridge through winnings, who by the way have been excellent in not only taking responsibility for damaging the fridge AND price matching appliances online and the customer rep from winnings has been tireless in emailing and calling all the different departments of mitsubishi to try and get this sorted. However nobody has been getting back to her from mitsubishi. I write this review now on saturday, so 6 days on from the incident and only one person after a whole week of phone calls and emails has bothered to respond to the rep from winnings. What's makes it worse is she had a "sounds like its all too hard" attitude and "Im actually working from home so there's not much I can do". So despite mitsubishi's glowing reviews on this site and their superior warranty and 4 star efficiency their customer service has been disgraceful. Clearly post sales the customer is low priority. Im actually being advised by the winnings rep to remove our current fridge and choose another brand, such is the lack of confidence in mitsubishi sorting this out!! Surely we are not the first household to have doors too narrow to fit in one of the bigger mitsubishi fridges I wait with abated breath to see how this settles itself out .......... if it does at all!! So before you buy any fridge guys, especially one from mitsubish check all your dimesions at home and do your due diligence!!

allowed for much more space so while the fridge is a bit smaller it has much more usuable room inside. The ice maker is a dream and I can now travel worry free from flooding the floors. The freezer section is fantastic. Everything has a draw, not like the big open space from the old fridge where things got lost slipping to the bottom. The finish is fantastic, love the black glass, overall this is a simpler more basic machine but it has a 5 year warranty and I think to offer that they are confident that there will be no or few problems. Absolutely consider this refridgerator if you are out shopping.

Above my expectations – Fridge area is very roomy I was worried my food wouldn’t fit but it’s wonderful and lovely and bright inside. Very quiet you don’t know it’s going. Freezer is just enough for me which is plenty. Mitsubishi have really done there homework. Hopefully will still be pleased down the track. Show details

Excellent Quality Fridge – Great product, excellent build quality, feels solid and sturdy. Plenty of space both fridge and freezer for our requirements. Easy to use front panel settings, very quite. lighting is bright. Only one fridge of a very few with 4 star energy rating and 5 year warranty. Overall great fridge.
