This fridge is simply magnificent. It does everything you need to so many features. The freezer is great, the flexibility of the various compartments means it will suit anyone’s needs. Such a great fridge. It's so spacious for the size that it feels empty half the time. The ice maker is fantastic and because it's in a separate draw the ice doesn't absorb the smells of food. initially I let operate at the factory presets but the refrigerator section has been reset one setting lower or less cold.( my advice fridge thermometer is a must to have) We like the design exterior look & the internal space works well, the CEO has removed the the divider & those half shelves as it thought for our use better not to have them. Like all other reviews it can hardly be heard working , yes it is expensive but soon you will forget about the price you paid, we purchased from Winnings in Brighton, Atul the sales rep was great with delivery & price, we had second thoughts after seeing a similar Toshiba fridge but on second look the Mitsubishi appealed more to our senses.

The ice maker works brilliantly. The freezer drawers make storage and access so easy, and the crisper at the bottom is fantastic. We use a lot of veges and we still have heaps of room there to store a few extra jars/bottles - great for a party. The crisper does keep the veges longer than our previous fridge. It is quiet, and can be easily programmed to your requirements. It is motivating to cook, as there is such great access to everything and so easy to see what we have. For a couple in our 60’s we really appreciate the ease of access to everything, but especially the lower half of the fridge/freezer with all the drawers. We have had the fridge for 4 months and have had no issues. We purchased it through Appliances Online at a great price.

worst customer service on a warranty issue that we have ever experienced – It was a good product, until there was a failure and a warranty issue regarding the ice making mechanism. Then, we have had the worst customer service from Mitsubishi's Warranty Manager that we have ever experienced on a product. manager in despair and was basically advised to "turn it on and off again". Now, the warranty manager is not providing any direct communication or a solution or returning our calls. We are having to go via NSW Fair Trading for retribution on a product that is still under manufacturers warranty. We are based in Sydney.

Excellent fridge – I have just purchased the fridge from Appliances Online. I have had other brands with endless problems. This fridge is quality plus. It is made in Japan and is extremely user friendly. The internal layout provides ample storage options. The ice maker works well. Loving it so far – Bought this off appliance online (ebay) and loving it so far. It's not equipped with the latest tech, wifi, knock2, etc... but it's a fridge that does its job and more. the number of compartments is very well thought off. the only width sliced compartment is super cooling freezer and ice compartments.
