Quality Product – Just wanted 2 X small kw a/c's for bedrooms. The mini 2kw has been installed for 2 months now and they work very well. Virtually instant heat (unlike my new Kelvinator which can take up to 10mins to throw out heat). Metal, very, very quiet outdoor units. Has auto-swing vertical air flow control and manual horizontal control that work fine. The electrician told me that Mitsubishi still use quality components, unlike some other brands, so should last well. Very happy with purchase.
