We were given a quote for a size of AC relevant to our space. The process was quick and it is doing a marvellous job in our cold winter days.

Outdoor unit beige, not white – Be aware the outdoor unit only comes in beige, not white as pictured/advertised. Just spent 8000 on 2 units to be supplied and fitted. Out house is new with black brick, white colourbond and windows and grey render. They beige looks gross and stands out. Show details

success. Mitsubishi Electric post sales promised a list of installers and never made it available . I need to have the A/c and plasma quad filter installed. Please contact me at [Content Removed] Ps Bought other mitsubishi electric appliances and I wish to remain a fan but at the moment I need to have the current unit installed +filter.The cash back offer is to intrusive asking for utility bills and so much private information. If a customer walks into a shop and then the delivery takes place at the address and sends photos of the tax invoice and serial numbers should be enough. Utility bills contain confidential information that has nothing to do with installation. Provide installation support not information that is of no concern to mitsubishi electric ie utility bills may contain concession status, medical support etc.

Taking the Chill out of the room – Very pleased with this split systems long flow heating ability. We have a large one room warehouse style room in the Southern Tablelands and it works very well to keep the house at a good temperature. Show details

Inept customer service – I've submitted my receipts and photos six times to receive the gift card promotion and they have been rejected each time. Yes the first time was my fault. I have given every single bit of information required and they refuse to accept it. Never ever buy from them

Beast of Machine – Upgraded from an old Toshiba that was well past its used by date. Can't believe I waited this long. If you are thinking about replacing or getting an air conditioner then this is definitely going to tick all the needed boxes. Very happy – Very happy with unit has cut our heating costs by half compared to ducted gas

It doesn't look good – The unit looks like it has a deflector missing as there is a gaping black hole where one would expect a neat, unobtrusive white deflector. The front on phots on the manufacturers website do not show this and we are very disappointed with the look of the unit. Show details
