Underpowered and Noisy – Purchased a multiheaded unit with 4 outputs. Runs out of steam when all 4 indoor units are turned on. Also, one of the indoor units makes excessive noise. It was brand new and manufactured in 2022, only 4 months when installed. I have booked a service request for this to be looked at under warranty, but regardless of the outcome you do not expect a quality brand to have out of the box failure. Show details

Absolutely brilliant air con system – I had this installed around 6 months ago in time for summer, paired it with x3 2kw indoor units to cool he bedrooms. comparison to a ducted system, and the cooling is much more efficient. It’s also great how there’s just 1 outdoor unit that I was able to hide away to power 3 indoor units. Highly recommend this system!!
Best Air Con around – We installed the 8kw outdoor unit in our large 3 bed apartment, we have 2.5kw in the main bedroom, 2kw in bed 2 & 3 and a 6kw in the open plan lounge, dinning, kitchen. It is perfect for our situation, our previous unit was also MHI and we would never consider anything else, it lasted 18 years in a beachside location, the new one is much more efficient and we are sooooooo happy with it and would highly recommend it to anyone, most people do not know that you can run up to 13kw of indoor heads off a 8kw outdoor unit, remember you don't usually have them all on at the same time, and when they have cooled the area down, they draw a small amount of power to maintain it.
We also run all indoor units on the anti mold setting, that runs the internal fan to dry out the unit to prevent/minimise mold from forming, I'm not aware of any other unit that has this feature.
