Disappointing – I purchased five towels early 2023. I was excited based on the positive reviews. I followed washing instructions, the stitching came out and strings were everywhere. I admit I was completely duped. I am not happy about the waste of money.

Terrible – Lint last for ages. I am having trouble cleaning up afterwards. Customer service don’t want to help. They say it’s normal. This isn’t a normal towel. The lint is everywhere. I highly recommend avoiding this company they are faulty towels. Show details

CAD for these, and they are advertised for $900 USD?! This crap is completely unacceptable! On top of this I was surprised by duties and fees which costed me $60 EXTRA! Nowhere on your website or during checkout does it specify that the customer has to pay his own duties. So I paid $400 CAD to receive this piece of crap in a broken bag that looked like a 3 year old wrapped for his first art project. Even the delivery man said “wow this is horrible packaging”. I tried contacting customer support and was told I need to pay my own shipping for a return to get a refund. For the mistakes that they made. Ridiculous.

the same manufacturing fault on a second towel before the end of the month. Mizu will not replace/refund the towel if damage noticed after 7 days. I have found the towels to be very absorbent, and great to use. My husband doesn't like them and finds them a bit on the thin side. I have since cold washed the towels and low tumble dried and the edges have shrunk causing the towels to buckle and look nasty. Buyer beware!

Good!! – Yeh! I received another set of Mizu Smart Towels. The packaging is very good and the size of the towel is perfect as mentioned on the site. It absorbs the water quickly and changes its color. The towel is complete wow, now I can carry my towel anytime and anywhere.
Mizu Smart Towel – These Mizu smart towel sets would make a great product. It comes very beautifully packaged. The colours complement each other perfectly. These towels feel very luxurious, plush, and thick. They’re also very soft and I can use them for my facial towel. Must try.

Would give a zero if there was an option! – Towel quality is poor - there are broken looped cotton areas. Terrible absorption- does not wipe any water off and basically you could dry up without the towel. Fluffy coming off towel all the time. Making my bathroom a mess with grey fluff. Shipping time is too long and lack of shipping status is a poor experience. Pricing is too expensive. I should have spent my USD 200+ on Sheridan towels. What a total scam! Show details
