Look Elsewhere First – Mo tackle has a Fin-Nor Lethal Star Drag Overhead Reel RRP $269.99 selling for $215 in their catalogue. When questioned about the price as I only paid $142.49 were the recommended price was $179 at fishingonline4 store I was blocked from their facebook page and I am now no longer allowed to comment. and leaves a lot to be desired. They are not the same company that they were years ago when they were the cheapest by far and you would not go elsewhere. My advice is to now look elsewhere first and them maybe consider Mo Tackle as a last resort.

Perfect professional service ! – Well here's a recent review. Motackle had the best range of Mason stainless steel wire leader at the time I searched. They posted it fast and I received it fast. Also, very tellingly, the wire leader was intelligently protected by cardboard sheets. Not everyone would have done this. Thankyou to whoever packaged this properly. I'll be back.

I wanted but the customer experience was so darned good I didn't even mind missing out! What a treat to be attended to so politely, apologetically and enthusiastically. A real surprise – Ordered a rod online, Motackle despatch rod fast. I paid courier-priority, the courier company failed Motackle badly. Motackle handled the problem in a speedy efficient manner. To my surprise Motackle had send rod out in PVC piping, that was a real surprise, quality wrapping. By the look of tape on piping, rod would not have made it in one piece. Thanks Motackle

postoffice. I called the shop to say that I had not received the rod, and they investigated it with the couriers timeously and professionally. I later called off the search and we laughed about the ordeal once I realised that the youngest didn't want me to open the rod and hid the tube amongst all my other rods. They were definitely prepared to go the extra mile and that is why I will use them again. Thanks for the efforts guys.

Terrible business, they lie and then steal your money – They are thieves! They first screw you around by sending not what you order, then go back and forth making a million excuses. Then when you send the products back they claim to not receive them and you never get a replacement or your money back! Do not trust them especially the manager Mac! Show details

Very poor customer experience – Went to get gas bottle refilled, had the same bottle refilled three months ago, but this time two rusty, it was only drops of decking oil from where we painted the deck, any way too rusty they said. bucks opposition gained twenty bucks, also purchased a new fishing rod and reel while there $149.00 so I'd say the winner's are the competition. Plus the good thing about all this I won't be back, have new business opening up as we speak, (Anaconda) plus still have FTA so all good.

similar in cost, and the real difference is when you need assistance with a purchase. Rob Mutton at MO Tackle went out of his way to resolve everything (talking to the supplier on my behalf), renewing my confidence with on-line shopping. For the time being anyway!

Excellent customer service – I purchased two discounted swag mats (called first to confirm shipping cost to Perth, which was the cheapest I had found) and delivery was super quick. One of them arrived damaged, so I called them and they resolved my issue straight away, sending a new one with super quick delivery again. Thanks motackle!

Fantastic Service – I have used Motackle a number of times over the years and I have always found the service to be good. Yesterday (Tuesday) I ordered a new reel and two rods and they were all delivered the next day - Coffs to Wagga Wagga - fantastic service.

beyond a joke – ordered various fly fishing and fly tying gear and after i paid i received an email 4 days later saying they were out of stock of 8 of the 10 items. I told them to only send me my fly reel out, another 3 days later and still haven't sent my package or recieved my refund, motackle is a joke

First and last time – This is the worst tackle store i have ever dealt with regarding an online purchase. Before making the purchase online the item said IN STOCK. we do not have this in stock. It will be 1-2wks for arrival we will ship out to you then....i agreed. 4 weeks later I'm chasing them just to return a phone call to where abouts my item is..unbelievable. Sales man says it will be another 4 wks until new stock arrives...Thanks for calling me up and updating me..... I then cancelled my order money was refunded. What a waste of 4wks i could of gone elsewhere!

This is not a professional tackle store, its a circus run by clowns!

cant get rod kits correct wont reply to emails – Products supplied dont match products and desriptions on website. Was supplied a rod kit with missing parts and incorrect grips 3 weeks later still no resolve they tried at first, sent me another grip however its a different colour and to large. Since then motackle have ceased replying to my emails . Stay away from them heaps of other decent options on the web.

Good advise and sound knowledge – I went in today and asked a young worker about an alvey rod and reel setup, he appointed me in the right direction and gave me sound knowledge about the combo, im new to alvey reels been using spin and overhead all my life, very happy with the customer service 5 stars all round. Wide range and good service x2 good experience – I have used Mo Tackle online service twice to order hard body lures. On both occasions my order arrived safely within 3 days of ordering, I am in the same state as the shop. I got free shipping and great discounts on my most recent order! The first order I received a lure of the wrong color, I got in touch and the team handled the mistake quickly and effectively. I will be using Mo Tackle online again, I totally recommend them

Brilliant service – Ordered a Fin-nor reel last Saturday 25/ 6/16 at 11.50 am by phone and received it 1.00pm in the Maitland area on Tuesday 28/6/16. great service!! I have been dealing with this company for many years and have never had a problem of any kind.

No problems of any kind – No problems with Emails or with order delivery(and I was telephoned any time there were any problems.) Service was excellent and courteous. Delivery was much quicker than most places and is signed for ,not left at the door :) I have put items on backorder myself as these items are hard to get...no problems at all.

Largest out of stock fishing store in the world – Communication and customer service is terrible. I mean this is an outdoor shop that takes no urgencies on peoples orders. You better off purchasing your gear from a local tackle shop.

Items never instock, bad communication – Have found them to rarely respond to emails. 5/5 of my orders required substituting as they did not have the stock. Delivery times are poor.

Good prices but never in stock and communication is poor – Have ordered twice from these guys as prices are generally good. However, most of the items they advertise are never in stock. I had to chase the last order up about 5 x, with very slow or no replies to e-mails. I unfortunately won't be going back. Better and easier to buy bulk offshore or the odd bit at my local tackle shop.
