deal with and very frustrating. I’m sure that once you manage to get someone to take on your service request, they do a good job, but the whole booking system is messy and confusing. Their call center is not helpful at all, and every time you call, the agent gives you an attitude. Very disappointed with this company.

Jim scratch and dent repair not for me – Stay away from Jim’s scratch and dent dodgy repair I had them paid $350 to fix a 10 cm x 3 cm hole in my bumper and after a couple of months the whole reappeared and for 24 days I tried to get him to come out and fix it and they kept just postponing it

Scratch Repair has abruptly left the company. VW dealer assessed damage as significant and recommended expert repair shop. Car now repaired.The entire exercise with MCSR has been totally unsatisfactory.
