promised to send it on a Thursday. Then I went to work on Wednesday and a guy came to deliver the item on Wednesday. I was not notified in advance. Luckily my landscaping guy was there and he was kind enough to receive it for me and to keep it in a safe place. I called one of the assembling guys listed on their web site and he quoted me $200 to assemble the $950 table.

Good product, difficult assembly – We ordered the Arto 2 Person Desk with single cabinet when it was out of stock. It arrived really quickly. The product looked just like the photos. The assembly instructions weren’t great and my husband needed to look up a video to help. He also needed to go to Bunnings to get more screws. Carmel Sideboard is sleek and modern – I love the carmel sideboard, and it fits my space perfectly, and beautifully displays my things. Its very solid and the doors are even magnetic. Love the little bits of gold. And the glass creates reflections! Was relatively easy to put together, definitely need 2 people though. Complicated assembly guide, worst delivery – Prodcut is good that why I gave 2 stars. Worst Furniture Company Ever – Bought a TV cabinet from them. Damaged during delivery and then tried to find every way to blame me for it even though they admitted the driver damaged it. Refused refund. Ended up having to do a chargeback. Owner himself is doing customer service and looking to pass the blame. Show details

Three broken chairs in three years – Very easy to purchase and have delivered. Unfortunately I had a negative experience with customer service after buying a set of eight Vally chairs and having three break in under two years, causing family members to fall to the ground. Unsatisfactory.

Don't abide by manufacturers warranty – They don't abide by manufacturers warranty and they try to get more money out of you and if you refuse to pay they get rude, yell and bully you.

Modern Furniture Online store – Purchased Roden Dining Table (white top with oak legs) from Modern Furniture. Paid so little including delivery for a top quality table! Sturdy, modern and yes I can see why they state for commercial use. Do not hesitate to use Modern Furniture. Order came a few days later, no prob whatsoever.  Show reply
