(Glaze black) mokeru was pretty easy to apply and has covered the greys on my head great lather when washing it off in the shower have read the other reviews but it appears to be the lighter shades that appear to be having the issue good filler until I need a complete cover all over but is ok so far no reaction etc overall pretty good Show details

Worst experience ever – This product is terrible!! It absolutely strips your hair making it feel and look like straw. It doesn't work on wet or dry hair my greys came out orange. There are no ingredients listed on the packaging which I'm sure is illegal because of allergic reactions. At the moment I'm trying to get a refund as it cost me 47 dollars. Show details

Grey Gone Huge Disappointment – Product does not cover grey hair. I used dark brown Grey Gone says I need to purchase black and mix them. If dark dark cannot colour my hair, not even slightly, black would not do it either. I’m not sending good money after bad. Show details

Orange Hair! – Silly me. I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I now have orange hair( supposed to be Light Brown!). My hair felt like straw after I washed it out. I might try just using it as a shampoo and not leaving it in for so long next time. I'll also mix it in a bowl before using as it comes out in 2 streaks and is very watery. Show details

I don't recommend buying this. I suspect a dangerous chemicals inside – This company are deceiving buyers! Firstly, this chemical is made in China, not in Australia. Secondly, there is clearly something like amonia there, because you feel the same floating sensation as with amonia. Moreover, this feeling does not go away even after you have washed everything off with water. There is a strange chemical smell. … Read more

Thirdly, it practically does not color gray hair at all. But my hair comes out in clumps after the first time I use it. I think the ACCC should check this company and what they are selling. And I really hope they don’t all fall out. I did everything according to their instructions.

Disgusting Orange Hair – WARNING!!!! CAUTION ,DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!!I I unfortunately have just managed to see and read all the negative and disturbing reviews from this awful misleading company who seem to blame everyone's hair colour instead of their dodgy and misleading product and to be honest I will pursue this and take it as far as I can because… Read more

businesses like this and the sellers should not be able to get away with such deceit and misleading products. I was naturally dark brown with greys and my hair is now orange ,my greys bleached and my scalp is burnt. I will invest the ingredients as they say they are all natural which is a False statement and a Utter lie . This product needs to be taken off the market and should be investigated thoroughly. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

Happy with results – I have very dark brown hair with some sparkles ;-) . I purchased the natural black, left it in for about 20 minutes and was pleasantly surprised with how well it covered my sparkles. Bought it for about $15 so am happy with price and results. Very surprised with the negative results others have experienced. Maybe try darker shade than your actual colour could be the key but that is only a guess. Show details

Barely any grey coverage but what it did cover is now orange! – How did I not see these reviews before I purchased this useless product? I had read such positive reviews elsewhere - which I now have to question the authenticity of. I desperately wanted this product to work but it has proven to be useless. It barely covers my grey roots, but the few that do get covered, end up orange. Don't waste your money. Show details

Been using for over a year – I have been using this product for almost 2 years. I have been happy with it. I usually mix black, purple and the red/orange ( which was not the advertised colour) and haven’t had any issues. One of the colours I bought was not as advertised which I wasn’t happy about (it was too orange). My only grumble is not knowing which colour is in which… Read more

bottle ( as it’s not labelled) hence why I mix the colours.

I haven’t had enough gray to cover yet so can’t speak about that.

Not sure if they have changed ingredients etc as I haven’t bought for a while.

The photo I have included is my natural hair colour and then 2 colours I have done.

AVOID! – I ordered 3 different colours to be able to compare the colour with my actual hair. There are no pictures on the boxes. Denied return or refund. No surprises that all the reviews here are negative. Too scared to try the products after reading the reviews here. Wish I'd seen them before purchase. Show details

Not natural and a very different colour result – Beware! This product is not as advertised. After a few minutes my scalp started to burn, then when I tried to rinse out the product my hair felt like wet straw. The colour result was not dark brown it was bright orange on the greys. Looking at the box it says it is manufactured in a chemical factory in China. Today I’m at the hairdressers getting it all cut off. Show details

Severe allergic reaction- would not recommend – The product is promoted as being "natural" though when it arrived I note ingredients listed included chemicals known to cause skin irritation; "polyvinylpyrrolidine". When I tried a spot test I came out in a horrible, itchy rash within 24 hrs. I can see how others, having applied to their scalp, have had so many problems. When I spoke to their… Read more

chat line, they trotted out the exact same excuses (word for word) as described by others in reviews below (clearly their standard lines) and took no responsibility. An honest company would advise their customers that their product contains a known skin irritant

Warning!! Colour on website doesn't represent actual colour. Dogy product and not natural – I bought the Honey Pure Brown colour and it turned out bright red on my hair, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. The colour just seamed to keep developing even after a couple of days and washing hair twice. I also experienced tingling & irritation, itching on my scaIp (I don't have sensitive skin). They claim that this is a natural… Read more

product with no chemicals, but there ARE chemicals that can damage your hair. I feel like it has changed the structure of my hair to a more brittle, dryer texture with breakage. All of these things I was trying to avoid using by using what I thought was a natural product. The most frustrating thing about the whole purchase was when I emailed grey gone and told them about my experience. They only tried to blame my hair and scalp. Quote "shampoo twice then condition and after a while the itchiness will eventually go away. Your situation may be different we recommend to seek medical advise for your safety" Basically admitting that their product gives you itchiness and irritation. They were rude and took no responsibility and offered me no compensation. Only $5 off to purchase another bottle of black to correct the "unwanted undertones". An automated response to customers who experience exactly what I have. We went backwards and forwards with emails and they kept coming back with rude responses. They wrote "If there is any trace of chemical in the product, it is very minute and such a small quantity needed in the process to work as a permanent hair color, otherwise the color will just wash off when rinsed with water" I asked 3 times what was the "trace chemical" they mentioned? and they never told me. Only giving me a link to the website with all ingredients. I am now left with a bottle of product that is of no use to me ... a complete waste of money!!

So disappointed with this product – Used the color today and am quite disappointed with the result. The grey hair either was not covered or the greys now have a light orange tinge to it. I purchased chestnut brown, used around 10 pumps of colour, then an additional 3 pumps to massage into the greys i could see wich did not take on the colour. When I rinsed, my greys are still there. So not happy as I have wated my money. Pictures of both sides after colouring. Show details

Don't waste your money. You will get orange hair – Used Deepest Purple. Looked great for one day. Faded out to ginger. TERRIBLE Product – Honey Brown turned out copper on my white/grey hair. Purchased the Black to mix with the Honey Brown, however, my hair is now Black. recommendations, however, nothing can make the black colour lighter. Please be aware that when this product says 'Permanent' then it is exactly that! Unlike other Permanent Hair Dyes you CANNOT lighten it, bleach it, foil it or lighten the colour. Your only solution is to keep doing the black colour or wait years until the colour grows out completely. I was a very naive customer who thought 'Natural' dye would be much better than the dyes I had been using. A very expensive mistake :(

Don’t waste your money – I am 100% grey. I put in Chestnut and now have orange hair. After contacting them via messenger they offered me a $5.00 discount to buy another bottle to mix with it. They told me this often happens due to different pigments in your hair. Why are they selling you a product for grey if they know full well it doesn’t work. I would never recommend this product or this company. I feel robbed not to mention how embarrassing it is to have orange hair. Show details

Orange Hair – I so wanted this so work. I brought the chestnut colour. It Turned my hair orange and left the greys grey. It looks horrible. When they contacted me they offered $5off another pack of black to mix but it’s $45 spent and would cost another $40 to try. My hair went like cardboard too. So upset. My husband said forget it and everyone else said that’s what happens when you buy natural things from the internet Show details

Be careful what colour you order – The product is easy to use and although it took ages to be delivered I guess that couldnt be helped. Not for all hair types – I purchased the lightest colour (blonde brown) to cover the grey on my blonde hair. I read a lot of the reviews and thought it would be perfect for me. factual review on the inaccuracy of this colour and although they did not post it, they did however contact me to advise my hair seems to have an orange underlying pigment. It was recommended I purchase the "black" and mix it with the blonde brown to the ratio they suggested. This I did, but to my dismay, the colour was way too dark and still had the orange base colour. After spending over $100 on this product I have now had to bleach my hair back to the original colour. I must add though, the shampoo and conditioner of this product, is very nice to use.
