I love this pump I have used it for 14 months and still going strong. I pump just as much milk as the medela one I used in the hospital. The mon lait is much more convenient and comfortable. I can't believe all the bad reviews.

a month later the other pump died and stopped working so I tried to message them again and they had blocked me from contacting them. This company is a scam $500 down the drain and I’ve got no breast pump now that works!
Very disappointed! After only a few days the battery was faulty & completely stopped working! Contacted the company, they said someone would get back to me but never did, even tried following up but was ignored! Would of been good otherwise.

Terrible – Terrible website . Order a pump firstly website said shipping process 4-5 days but I received after a month on the other hand no one reply to your emails and messages. After that I ordered one of the part for my pump second time but this time I didn’t get my product and when I send them email about my product no one reply me back . Totally waste of money
Worst pump on the market – If I could give it 0 stars I would. After using it for less than 5 days the pump lost suction and I was not able to collect breast milk. Company refused refund as they believe we were not charging it with correct cord. They required video evidence etc. Ended up buying a medella pump and it was way better!
DONT BUY – DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! The costumer doesn’t have any way to contact the store. I’ve been waiting for my order since 1st of October. Now I’ll move back to my country and the order haven’t arrived. I even know how to have all my money back!
Doesn’t ship their items & refuses to respond for a refund – Completely stolen money from me & refusing to reply to my messages to refund and order they haven’t shipped to me, they didn’t this to me before and then shipped it, but I reordered & now they are refusing to message me back regarding another order they havent shipped.

Did everything right, following instructions to use, wash and charge. One of the motors couldn't recharge, what means I used it only twice.

Paid for a product we never received – Absolute scam and waste of time. My wife has been waiting for nearly 3 months for a pump bag to show up. Tracking number was non existent when checked against Australia post and universal tracking. No reply for either of our emails or social media messages.

Mon lait - Scam scam scam – Never buy from Mon lait Took over a month to deliver. One pump stopped working after one week and then the next pump stopped working after seven weeks contacted the customer service several times and never heard any response back. Their company is a complete scam.
No product, no responses after 2 months trying – I ordered my Mon Lait pump 2 months ago and still have not received the product. I have messaged on the Facebook contact page and emailed them 2x each and have had no response. For a time critical product this is terrible service and I have now asked for my money back.

shipped from Sydney, but has taken over two weeks and tracking indicated it has gone through customs so has definitely been dropshipped from overseas. That’s not a problem in itself, but rather is misleading and as others have stated if you’re in need of a pump quickly this won’t arrive promptly.

hungry. If they don’t have idea about how important is the product they are selling and how important is to give and answer back. Why they are even selling this? I have to buy a different pump Momycosy, and is such a different, game changing for pump session.
Also 3 days before give birth on the 25th of September, I order some smaller shields, just in case, today it’s the 8th October and i haven’t received anything, when I ask no response aswell. So this is a complete scam.
Do not waste money on doppler – Ordered the fetal Doppler, took 25 days to arrive in New Zealand. Absolutely no replies to any messages. Also very cheap quality, way too much interference and reads “heartbeats” on literally anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - especially at nearly $100NZD

Don’t buy mon lait – Took 3 weeks to arrive, very difficult to get in contact with the company as they can only be contacted on social media. No response to messages for 4 days. pump (30-50ml). Needs to be held in place so defeats the purpose of wearable pump. Ended up buying another brand pump, waste of money and no way to return/get refund unless visible defect.
