Honestly the worst delivery and customer service ever. So fast to take your money then your order is always delayed. It just sits when scripts usually are dispensed fast. The customer service team are just rude useless and unhelpful.

Deliveries always late – Had enough of late parcels. Latest shenanigans the parcel started in QLD near me and 2 days later it's now been sent to Sydney. Goofy service and I'm over it. I'm quitting. Guess I can thank montu startrack and auspost for that.

provided immediately. They then promised it would take 5-10 days to resolve. But when nothing happened after 10 days, I contacted them again, only to be told they actually meant 10 business days.
The order finally arrived on 10 September 2024—nearly a month after I placed it. The constant delays, excuses, and lack of communication were beyond frustrating. I had to escalate the matter to the ACCC because Montu clearly had no intention of delivering my order anytime soon.
If you’re thinking about ordering from Montu, don’t. They’ve proven to be unreliable, with terrible customer service, and no respect for their customers' time. I’ll never be using them again, and I recommend you steer clear unless you enjoy endless delays and excuses.

Just painful – I am done. Been patient enough. Final straw? Doctor being restricted and thus all my scripts abruptly ended. New consult; Doctor is now 3 hours late. Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Punishing patients for their own stupidity in changing couriers. Not allowing me to pick up my parcel that was near me, and making me wait over the weekend. Lost another customer. Beware and don’t waste a year like I have.

After my initial consultation, when I entered the portal to purchase medications, my order form had been pre-loaded with more than $1500 worth of goods, including a $500 vaping device and double the required amount of two different medications. As I have never been a user of cannabis, I wanted to test it before purchasing more, in case it didn't agree with me or wasn't effective in relieving my peripheral neuropathy pain, and it is quite expensive. I was able to delete the multiples, and also the vaping device (and the "smokable" cannabis) and just purchase the non-psychotropic CBD oil, but I would like to know why the default order is loaded with multiples, requiring the patient to be vigilant. I forgot on the third order and accidentally bought twice the required amount. I contacted the company within minutes via email to cancel the order, but they are slow to respond to emails, so I rang them at the first opportunity during business hours, no more than two hours after I placed the order, only to be told that the prescription had been dispensed (but clearly not mailed, there hadn't been time) so the order couldn't be cancelled. I've been told I can return any unused medications and receive a refund, but I haven't yet tried to do that so it will be interesting to see how smoothly that goes. Another issue is, after a second consultation late on a Friday (for which my credit card was debited without my knowledge rather than being sent an invoice) an invoice was issued for a second, different medication. I waited until the Monday morning to order this, only to be confronted by an "Overdue amount" invoice, for medications I hadn't yet ordered. I don't understand why a legitimate company resorts to such questionable marketing ploys.

Customer service.... nah, not here! – Montu charges patients absolute top dollar for medications they ship when they feel like it. Pay for your meds and get an email saying your meds are at the pharmacy awaiting dispatch... then wait days for them to hand it to a courier. High prices, bad fufillment, bad support – Charge top dollar and ship whenever they feel like it. Support is unresponsive and rude on a good day. Currently haven't had my scripts renewed, all of them are a week behind because Montu decided they'd just take a week off over Christmas with no regard to people who rely on those medications. Zero communication or options to adapt.

Useless – I am Disabled & Have Mobility Issues & "CAN'T" get into a post office. So at least 50 times I Have requested Montu to send my Medication "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" . this Possible. I took Aussie Post to Human Rights & now Aussie Post deliver To Me With no Signature Required, going around Montu's Stupidity, No matter what Montu put on the Parcel. Am Currently waiting another application to Human Rights to come through & bring them forcefully into line. This company claims to care for the Ill but show the Opposite.
