The first doctor Dr. Moustafa Tahir Ali was not friendly or helpful. The second doctor I was fortunate to speak to helped me right away. Her bedside manner was wonderful and she provided the medication I needed.

My son needed antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection at 11pm last night it is now after 6pm the NEXT DAY and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SONS SCRIPTS Nothing but excuses 0 help 0 care absolutely disgusting service dont use these drs they are happy to send the invoice immediately but the needed scripts nahh you can wait indefinitely

The service was immediate, even though I booked late at night. I received call from doctor within 15/20 mins. The doctor listened patiently, showed great empathy and prescribed antibiotics considering my symptoms and condition. I was extremely unwell due to a throat infection and body pain, but I felt much better by the next evening. Thank you so much for the excellent care and service. Show reply

I needed a doctor on a Saturday evening and within 2 hours someone had called and I was provided with a very positive consultation and an outcome. Very satisfied. The bulk billing element was a surprise as I was ready to pay for the consultation with my credit card. This was an added bonus. A very good community service. Show reply

I used the bulk bill option and was happy that I was seen earlier than expected. I was a little let down though as I wasn’t able to be given a composite pack on my script containing rosuvastatin and ezemetibe in the one pack. I was given seperate scripts which cost more than the composite pack. So that was a little disappointing, but other than that, was happy with the service.

Only use if it is a really simple issue. My consult with GP was 45 SECONDS long. My daughter had a croup cough. Very straight forward. I knew it required steroids. is confusing. You choose a preferred time, which means nothing. You just get put in a queue of waiting patients (would be fine if it let you know that at time of booking).

Very limited. Would only use in a situation where I was absolutely unable to see a comprehensive GP (we are away on holidays/long weekend). Or for a required medical certificate.

Bombarded with text messages from these people offering discounts! I’m so annoyed I had to jump on here leave a review for god sake it is Christmas day received text from them TODAY! I’ve never used their service, never would, tried unsubscribing multiple times the last few days! GO AWAY YOU PARASITES!

Dr listened, asked questions and called back to give some extra details. Sent through script and referral. The office called to make sure that the script and referral was received instead of just assuming. Show reply

I called to see a medic after hours in my area as I had an infected throat which was getting progressively worse and wasn’t able to get an appointment until Wednesday 28th January but was in such pain that I couldn’t wait. anybody available to come out physically in my area but would I have a telephone-health call from a physician who would assist me. I agreed and was told it would be about an hour and to keep my phone close. It was within that next hour when I spoke to a dr answered a few questions then received the consent regarding Medicare and following that my script for antibiotics. I was extremely impressed with the service I received.

Contacted prime medic online at 930pm because I have been sick for 3weeks. Someone contacted me for my information and then said a dr will call me back shortly. I waited 40minutes and then the dr phoned and sent me a script of Panafacort and amoxicillin. Bulk billed also which was great. Now I just gotta start feeling better. Show reply

I paid the fee for a much sooner appointment which was 30mins after my initial phone call. I had the script within 15mins of the consultation. Very prompt efficient service for which I was very grateful for Show reply

It’s 2pm on Christmas Day and no one is open. In less than 1.5 hours, I’ve made an appointment, had a Telehealth and received an e-script for my daughter. Would recommend and use again Show reply

If you miss their call, they will keep trying until they get you..always nice & polite.. always check up on you a couple of days later... I can honestly say that...I rang prefer to use primemedic ... over going to the surgery and sitting amongst patients in waiting room, coughing and spreading their germs..( when a lot should wear masks, but don't) it is better to stay at home if your not getting 100% instead of driving around... Show reply

Great service, from the operator to the doctor that called literally an hour and a half later. I called late at night with symptoms and was able to get a prescription via text right away. Visited a 24 hour chemist and felt relief the same day. Couldn’t have happened at a normal medical centre knowing appointments can take a couple of days!
