The process was easy and getting a script for antibiotics so quickly with a very caring doctor on the other line made the experience so pleasant in a seriously needed moment and that script has literally allowed myself to get antibiotics into my system so much faster than I expected allowing me to finally eat something today which I hadn't been capable of for days Show 2 replies

Disappointed in this service today. I’ve used Prime Medic previously for ongoing prescription & been mostly happy but today I have progressive UTI symptoms of several days duration & time for medical care. eligible clients. Bulk billing info says ‘consult with an AHPRA registered doctor in u der 20-30 minutes. I call the number required for bulk billing and am told I can have a bulk billed appt after 11pm tonight (it’s around 10.30 am at this stage). Alternative is to pay $43 approx to have an appt within the hour. So basically the advertised Telehealth price is incorrect (this is for a 2 day medical certificate and not for an appt I’m told condescendingly and it’s extra for a prescription) , the wait time for bulk billed is egregiously false as I’m assured by the person I spoke to that they don’t offer bulk billed during regular hours, at all and all they can or will offer is a 12hr + wait and an appointment at a time that will have no pharmacy open for another 8 hours. Nearly 24 hour wait for an issue that can become a medical emergency by then (it’s happened to me before when swelling closed my urethra & infection rapidly ascended). I will reconsider using this service in the future and definitely would only recommend with clear qualifiers for use

Compassionate Dr Naz – We had the privilege of Dr Naz doing a late night phone consultation for my 7year old daughter who had just acquired an ear infection tonight. Dr Naz was so helpful and well spoken and clearly understood exactly what my daughter would need to help relieve her ear infection. She was very caring and we are so grateful to have such a great experience.

The first doctor Dr. Moustafa Tahir Ali was not friendly or helpful. The second doctor I was fortunate to speak to helped me right away. Her bedside manner was wonderful and she provided the medication I needed.

What a great service! It’s so hard to get into my local GP and this was almost immediate and I was able to get a script for the medication I needed and it’s so much cheaper. I don’t know why I didn’t use this service sooner. Show reply

prescription within an hour, which means I can get it dispensed first thing in the morning without delay.

Best of all, the entire process was bulk billed so it cost me nothing out of pocket. Efficient, professional, and extremely convenient. Highly recommend Prime Medic for anyone needing prompt after-hours medical care.

Do not believe the good reviews they are fake, this business is just Scam centre, you won't get a call from a Doctor, just excuses and ni actual consultation, yet they charge Medicare. said it went to message bank, but you never left a message? That's odd why would you not leave a message... The truth is as I've said you called that's not the issue, but soon as I answer you would hang up, 7 times in fact you did this... Just scamming the Medicare system... I used the bulk bill option and was happy that I was seen earlier than expected. I was a little let down though as I wasn’t able to be given a composite pack on my script containing rosuvastatin and ezemetibe in the one pack. I was given seperate scripts which cost more than the composite pack. So that was a little disappointing, but other than that, was happy with the service.

Only use if it is a really simple issue. My consult with GP was 45 SECONDS long. My daughter had a croup cough. Very straight forward. I knew it required steroids. is confusing. You choose a preferred time, which means nothing. You just get put in a queue of waiting patients (would be fine if it let you know that at time of booking).

Very limited. Would only use in a situation where I was absolutely unable to see a comprehensive GP (we are away on holidays/long weekend). Or for a required medical certificate.

Amazing! The Drs are so informative and helpful. I find I prefer dealing with the Drs through Prime Medic than my usual Drs in person as it’s a more thorough discussion and time spent understanding my concerns and needs. Thanks so much. Show reply

Needed to wait for a while script never came on sms had to email instead But they were very hospitable when I rang back Also needed cream that I had to call back second time it was a longer wait than expected However was thankful for the service they provided Show reply

The service was immediate, even though I booked late at night. I received call from doctor within 15/20 mins. The doctor listened patiently, showed great empathy and prescribed antibiotics considering my symptoms and condition. I needed a doctor on a Saturday evening and within 2 hours someone had called and I was provided with a very positive consultation and an outcome. Very satisfied. The bulk billing element was a surprise as I was ready to pay for the consultation with my credit card. This was an added bonus. A very good community service. Show reply

I called to see a medic after hours in my area as I had an infected throat which was getting progressively worse and wasn’t able to get an appointment until Wednesday 28th January but was in such pain that I couldn’t wait. anybody available to come out physically in my area but would I have a telephone-health call from a physician who would assist me. I agreed and was told it would be about an hour and to keep my phone close. It was within that next hour when I spoke to a dr answered a few questions then received the consent regarding Medicare and following that my script for antibiotics. I was extremely impressed with the service I received.

Contacted prime medic online at 930pm because I have been sick for 3weeks. Someone contacted me for my information and then said a dr will call me back shortly. I waited 40minutes and then the dr phoned and sent me a script of Panafacort and amoxicillin. Bulk billed also which was great. Now I just gotta start feeling better. Show reply

I paid the fee for a much sooner appointment which was 30mins after my initial phone call. I had the script within 15mins of the consultation. Very prompt efficient service for which I was very grateful for Show reply

It’s 2pm on Christmas Day and no one is open. In less than 1.5 hours, I’ve made an appointment, had a Telehealth and received an e-script for my daughter. Would recommend and use again Show reply

Bombarded with text messages from these people offering discounts! I’m so annoyed I had to jump on here leave a review for god sake it is Christmas day received text from them TODAY! I’ve never used their service, never would, tried unsubscribing multiple times the last few days! GO AWAY YOU PARASITES!
