We stumbled across Monvida Homes after a really frustrating experience with a large volume builder, where we ended up walking away from a contract despite losing money. Looking back, we’re so glad we did! What initially appealed to us about Monvida was being able to deal directly with the owners rather than sales consultants, and that’s exactly what we’ve experienced.

Brad has been fantastic from the start. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, including an attached granny flat for my parents, and personally guided us through the whole design process. We went from our first conversation to signing a contract in less than a month, which was amazing. The whole process was straightforward, with great communication and very fair and transparent pricing.

We’re now getting ready to start construction, and Justin has already been in regular contact with our separate pool and retaining wall contractor to help coordinate everything and minimise delays.

It’s been such a different experience from our previous builder. We genuinely feel like we’re being looked after and treated as valued clients, rather than just another file in a big pile.

Building with Monvida Homes was the best decision we ever made!
