I feel disgusted by this company behaviour! I have been trying to get my money back since August 2025! I never received anything that I purchased and 7mo later still nothing!! It is upsetting to see this!

I had to give at least one star to submit/ zero stars isn’t an option unfortunately. Moore Melbourne / Moore of Melbourne is a straight up scam company. Didn’t receive goods or refund. No stars is appropriate …. They are a part of the same scam group as Adore Sydney. Also found la Lune Club is in the same scummy scam cluster. Poor quality and no returns. They keep posting under different names…recently using names of people that are or were in design. Dig deep before committing online. As with other reviews - this company is a scam. They are not an Australian company. I never received my item and had to lodge a claim for refund via PayPal.

began a runaround of what seems to be automated email replies and fake shipping notifications for something that 1 month on has not been sent. Luckily I got suspicious at that weird shipping notice and managed to do a chargeback with the bank, giving evidence of this companies terrible ratings on trustpilot and product review. They are incorporated in the netherlands and selling "temu trash" fake product at inflated prices, not the bargains they are trying to appear to be. Do not deal with this company, they are liers in every communication.

has still not arrived & my request for a refund is being ignored. This company (I use that word loosely) is a scam, don't give them your business or your credit card info.. they should be shut down immediately.. Oh.. forgot to add, women's clothing that I ordered was absolute rubbish, nothing like the advertised product, very cheap & nasty! Same experience as everyone else. Still hasn't shipped two weeks after ordering. Thankyou PayPal - refunded on the spot so their reputation proceeds them.
