Really appreciated how upfront and honest they were. Didn’t try to upsell anything or make the job sound bigger than it was. You can tell they know what they’re doing.
Definitely recommend these guys if you need a reliable plumber in Brisbanes South or Logan City!
Follow-up · They did show me how to shut the toilet off as well as things to keep an eye on for the future, it took them a couple hours but got it done, left it cleaner than before they came. First time I have used Morrisons Plumbing, and won’t be the last. Charlie was excellent and efficient. He explained in simple language what the issue was and then how it needed to be fixed. After the repair he told me what maintenance I needed to do to prolong the life of my hot water system. Will definitely recommend them! Show reply

I felt I had to leave a review for Charlie and Morrison’s Plumbing Solutions. We had ongoing flooding issues in our yard caused by tree roots damaging a section of stormwater pipe. Had a leaking gutter that was overflowing every time it rained and these guys came out and sorted it quickly. They explained everything clearly, turned up on time and cleaned up properly afterwards.
