Long delivery time

Took a full month to get some floor mats for my car delivered. Would have been ok if I was advised but no communication about the delay. Probably wouldn't order from here again. Show details

Jordan has provided exceptional customer service. Thank you for your help and assistance with my enquiries and order, it is very much appreciated.
I purchased seat covers as a gift with Motorquip in 2016, and they have held up until recently. I decided to contact Motorquipe again for re-purchase and I'm glad I did. car seats

I bought car seats for a prado. They were poor fitting. If motoquipe was a physical store, i would not have bought the product as you could feel and see they would not fit correctly. But i took a chance online as the picks looked good (how deceiving), bought it and they did not fit properly at all. I tried to discuss alternate but they were not helpful and frankly offered me insulting alterantives, essentially we'll refund you a partial amount and here's a better fitting set. (yeah, not helpful at all). I strongly do not recommend using motoquipe, save your money. Useless product and now I'm $400 poorer. Thank motoquipe, [Content Removed]. Show details

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I wish I could leave ZERO stars.
I bought a boxed subwoofer from this company and it arrived damaged. It was squashed in a box that barely fitted the item.
I contacted the company and that’s where my troubles started. First offered a measly $70 as compensation. This box is quite large and you can’t even replace it for double that price. Then was told it can take “weeks” to have this sorted out. Multiple emails demanding a resolution then I finally requested a full refund. After that I was told a new subwoofer box will be sent to me. 1 week later no box and no replies asking for tracking information.
Now taking this further with Fair Trading.
