battery in case it was needed. They sorted me out as fast as I could have hoped for, and a stressful situation was made less so by the service of the call centre and the callout service. Highly Recommend.

Great service. Very efficient. The attending technician was knowledgable and kind.

My bike lost its chain on a dark, rainy morning. Called them at 5.55am and the bike was loaded by 6.40am. Very impressed with the response time that early in the morning.

With my bike leaking oil, I couldn't ride to the dealership so I called the MCA peeps. The whole process was hassle free. Call was answered, the tow was booked in, the driver sent me a text before pick up and then my bike was usehered into a van on a very cool ramp thingy (no idea how to describe it) and taken to the dealership. As it was a long weekend, I didn't expect to get a response quickly, but I did, it was a very prompt response from the Motorcycle Assist. Communication was courteous, clear and concise. Service was easy and professional. Took my motorcycle, breakdown, from home to my mechanic in Essendon. Highly recommend MAA's service and I would persoanlly use again without hesitation if again necessary.

My motorbike broke down out in Narangba on a weekend, about 90 km from home. I rang up Motorcycle Assist Australia and Nicole was super helpful. I didn't have to wait that long before the tow truck turned up. Really pleased with how smoothly everything was handled. Great service – highly recommend!

Nicole was so helpful, prompt and very pleasant. She explained everything clearly and even offered an alternative if the problem ended up worst case scenario (which it didn’t). Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Flat tyre on Alpine Way heading to Thredbo. Motorcycle Assist organised a tilt tray truck from nearby Jindabyne to take bike to Cooma for a new tyre. Back on my travels in 36 hours so very happy with the service and outcome

Motorcycle assist Aust, breakdown, Steve Halligan – Great Service provided by motorcycle assist Aust. My CBR 1100 broke down 30km out of Wagga, although it took 3 hours to get picked up, MAA kept me informed. Also, there yearly fee's are great, and they take into consideration, the hard times, faced by most people in Aust, at the moment. Many thanks, happy New years, Steve Halligan
