I used moving your world to send personnal belonging from Australia to France, 14 boxes. Matt was extremely helpful and was always very quick to answer all questions. And he knows I had plenty! We got 2 days ago our boxes, and everything arrived safely, at the price he gave us. If I have again something to move overseas, I will definitely use again their service. Once our 10m3 of stuff arrived in the US, Matt went above and beyond dealing with one of his US partners who added a significant fee that shouldn't have been included. After trying to talk to them he paid the fee out of pocket to release our things and resolve it with them after. This last bit was during his wedding week.. so sorry about this Matt but really appreciate your commitment. Will absolutely use Matt for future moves and highly recommend.

Helpful and communicative – Matt and the team at Moving Your World were friendly and professional. I shipped about a cubic meter of goods from Australia to France, and it arrived within the quoted timeframe, with everything intact. However, both these problems were resolved by MYW to our satisfaction. They very quickly arranged a partial refund to reflect the inconvenience of collecting from Vuosaari rather than Espoo, and they also took care of the additional invoice with the agent in Finland.

The communication with MYW has been efficient and speedy, and they also communicated well with the other agents and on our behalf.

I would use MYW again

Bringing my vehicle home – Moving your World arranged for the transport of my 4x4 from Dublin, Ireland to Perth, Australia. There was a delay (because of shipping) but I was kept informed. My vehicle was in the same good condition as when it started the journey. Very happy with the move and how it was handled.

A Shipping Nightmare During COVID-19 – Clare who wrote on 2 April 2019 about her poor experiences we have suffered an ordeal from start to finish with this seemingly unethical opportunistic company. The move involved international transportation and the move did not finish on time.

Even the quote was super reasonable, every stupid questions answered and all the crazy difficult scenarios Matt put up with us all the way.. i greatly appreciated all he did to make our move smooth~ it didnt matter if the movers and other third parties involved, it was all protocol and was needed since our move was to WA and not NSW~ if you want to move, accept that and it is not Moving Your World’s fault! Job done – Moving your world provide co-ordination services to freight that are otherwise not accessible to the average consumer (i believe). I had some issues with getting my cargo picked up, but that was more the problem of the local pick up company. Everything arrived in good condition in a good time frame for what i think was a reasonable cost. They were very responsive on email - which was great, especially considering time zone differences.

Don’t trust this company – Dealing with moving your world has been terrible from start to finish. Company explicitly claims to charge more for their services with the benefit of fully inclusive quotes and no surprise charges or holding container ransom. Excellent service – We moved a 2 bedroom house from Australia / Melbourne to UK / Newcastle upon tyne. They reply every single one of my emails, very detailed and believe me, was like 100 emails :-) From the start to finish, even when i was in UK and waiting the container to arrive. Absolutely appalling service! – If I could give less stars I would! The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They are all very helpful until you have paid then it is all down hill! I would not recommend them to anyone who wants accurate information in a timely and professional manner. Both Zoe and Neven Mikloska were rude and arrogant. Numerous things changed from there address to the ship. Avoid at all cost!!

far this move has cost me over $2000, more than quoted. The week before Easter the lovely gentleman from moving your world asked who my agent in Canada was….Why it’s you said I.

Apparently not. Shipment is only to the rail yard in my new city, not to my home. I would have to organize customs and transport to my home.

The very next message had assurances that there would be no more surprises. The message after that had an invoice for another $500 for shipping and unloading fees. A local removalist is asking for $1700 to finish the job. He is right, I wasn't surprised.

If I want my stuff, I have to pay.

If and when the container arrives I wonder how much will be intact.
