Mr Emergency Plumbing

This company charged me for quoting and I had 30 days to respond. Only problem was I called them MULTIPLE times and no one ever answered - stayed on hold for between 10 and 30 minutes each time and also sent NUMEROUS emails and never received a response. My work never got done and I lost my deposit. Utterly abhorrent behaviour.

To the people reading this post it's %100 true. cupboards the neck is clearly not sitting on straight to sink so leaking seal Stevie wonder called see it. Cost me $1500 bout down to $1150 after I complained be warned don't use this business unless you want to be ripped off. You been warned. Wish I could put zero stars.

STAY WELL AWAY – STAY WELL AWAY from this mob of rip-off, non-client foscused cowboys. They will only give you a 4 hour window to turn up, then turn up nearly 2 hours late. Unfortunately, we had them here 5 times to do a job, we have been advised, should have taken less than 6 hours. Don't let my very bad experience be your nightmare experience.

TD did a great job providing multiple options for us and talking us through the pro’s and con’s of each. Our issue was fixed and we know what we need to do if any other problems with our system arise. Will definitely be calling him back if we have any other issues.

Excessive fees is an understatement, they claim to quote on on the spot but they have set fees which are more than double the price and even the worker knew when giving me the price that it was ridiculous price (a $350 job priced at $900) plus the call out fee. So shameful

Please DO NOT give any details to this company. I have somehow ended up on their text ad database. I have rung them three times to ask them to remove my number. I have been assured this will be done and then I get more texts advertising for them. I will never call them for plumbing.

Offered no help, after spending $140 upfront to get a technician, unless a charge of $2000 was paid for an a/c service and fault find. Talk about praying on people in vulnerable situations. Fools!

Absolute rip off. Call them and was told it would be a $141.90 call out fee to come and check the job and give me an on spot no obligation quote to do the job. when I get home I'll sent you a quote of what's involved". I never received the quote. And you know why, because they can't justified the job at that price. Talked with another plumber and and he mentioned $400-$500 was realistic price to do the job.

Don't waste your time on this dishonest company. No good will come from/for them. Karma.

quoted $1,249 to service the unit. Someone later arrived in the vehicle of metropolitan plumbing, went into the roof and wasted about an hour in and out of the house. Ended up slamming us with another $2,400 to change the board and offered no guarantee that the unit would work and suggesting that it was showing a lot of faults which he would go through and provide other quotes where the new board did not work. Left a quote of approximately $10,000 to replace the unit as replacement of parts would not be advised. Sensing a scam we refused to pay the initial bill. Mrs told the plumber that they are scammers. My son’s friend turns up this evening and all he did was open the gas which the fraudulent plumber had intentionally locked to create the impression of a non existent fault. All my son’s friend who is a carpenter had to do was open the gas and unit is working perfectly now. Stay way from these scammers.

I would not pay this amount of money for a leaking tap and could he fix the tap without doing the pressure, advised me no, asked if I wanted him to turn off the hot water and he left me all weekend without hot water. Wish I had of read reviews before I booked it ! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS !!

saying he can do it next in d morning rather than waiting on my warranty to response! Thank God I put him down not accepting his quote and send him away out to my property as he does not respect human that does not know anything about plumbing! Next morning I call RACV and a very descent and respectful plumber try to help me understand what happen and he just did bypass the solar to keep running my solar with a small cost and safe to keep my warranty while waiting my builder to fix it! Condensending tone of the technician, quoted $1,249 to fix the issue by inspecting the unit for just 2 mins. However, the issue was in a totally different place. The air duct had come off from the unit. This could have easily been diagnosed if a techncian was interested in helping us. The intention was never to help or solve the issue but scam us for $1,249. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely a rip off. $141 to attend, not called out as they couldn't attend until the next day. Then $890 to replace a light switch. Unbelievable. Absolutely amazing rip off

Had a leak in a pipe outside. Called Mr Emergency after some other plumbers couldn't attend that day. They wouldn't come out without pre-paying $141 callout. When they arrived they quoted $1849 to fix a split in the copper pipe. I told them I wasn't interested. Managed to get Westplumb to come out within a couple of hours. It's a shame you can't leave a review on thier website . So overpriced . Call out fee is high to start with . Seems like they take advantage of people that don't know any better . Great work from bk today, very prompt service from start to finish, very easy to organise everything from the first phone call to the job being done on the same day. Professional company that I will be using again.

ook an emergency call early morning. Plumber to call 1.pm but came at 3.p.m.That's ok.Was charged $141 on the spot. The guy came and gave me an exhorbitant quote of over $ 1500 which I refusd. Still had to pay for the quote. Problem was eventually fixed for $311.

Ben (BK) arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and efficient. Addressed the issue with the split system, quoted and booked in the service with the team on the same day. Highly recommend this service if you’re looking for professionalism and efficiency.
