So happy and satisfied – We are happy and really satisfied with the service and standard of our house cleaning. We have a big house with top end finishes the team is excellent, friendly on time and detailed.

Rip off – Has used this service for a few months and have just terminated the contract, pay for 6 hours get three hours work, and I know as I have video surveillance of the entry and exit of my house, they don't move anything, corners are never swept and unless I move something like a bin the dirt is there after a clean! Furniture and walls damaged, house not locked up where do I start!

Professional Service Provided – I was satisfied with the service this company provided. i had my two houses and my office cleaned with this company and they did a fantastic job hence now i am using them as my regular cleaners. a cost of $120 and I would tell the cleaner what I wanted them to focus on during that time when they arrived. Natalie also told me the cleaner would call me when the 3 hours was up to advise if she needed more time. I thought 3 hours would be more than enough time for a thorough clean of a 1 bedroom unit. Our cleaner was called Paris, when she arrived I took her through what I wanted her to focus on which was removing all mould and mildew from the bathroom and the windows thoroughly cleaned inside and then the remaining time to clean the rest of the unit. We left her and her helper to it and left to go to work. When we arrived home, it looked like they had barely been there 1 hour. It was purely a surface clean, the windows were covered in smear marks, the kitchen window just had muck spread over it and the bathroom still had mould and mildew in the grouting that looked like it hadn't been touched. I rang Natalie at the office the next day and she said she would ask Paris to call me to arrange a time to finish the job. Paris did not call me and the office took out the full $120 the next week. I emailed the office to say how disgusted I was and Natalie emailed me back to say she thought Paris had fixed it up and she would get her to contact me again. I have heard nothing from either Paris or Natalie at the office. This is the worst service I have experienced from any company - Don't use this cleaning company, its a rip off!!

Best - Professional - Outstanding service – Mr Meticulous supplies all details, all contacts, all documention prior to using, That is the most professional cleaning service. touched, behind doors were not even vacuumed, dirty marks left on kitchen cupboards/walls, bucket filled with dirty soiled rags left behind on kitchen bench. There was a mix up with our booking, several phone calls with non english speaking cleaners trying to coordinate the cleaning time, no after service follow up asking why we were not satisfied (as we had also organised ongoing weekly cleans) and yet we were still billed the full amount. atrocious service-we would not recommend & found this service to be a total waste of time & money. Very disappointed, feel ripped offf and had to pay again to have another cleaner do the job properly- so it ended up costing us double The website claims 20 years experience... this certainly was not evident.
