Ordered roses threw this company in preparation for valentines day. They advertise night service 6pm till 9pm. And they advertise that the deliver in Perth still Nothing). No phone call no follow up nothing take ya money and run massive scam artist. Avoid at all costs. Putting together a word picture for the ACCC who I will be calling on Monday.
I am a very disappointed first time (and last time customer). I placed an online order from Sydney for delivery to Melbourne. Website advertising is misleading: A photo of a $335 bunch of roses advertised as a $95 special. Instead, half the roses are fully open and will probably only last a day or two. They were not delivered on time, but the day after (8/1/26). I specifically wanted them delivered for the Orthodox Christmas (7/1/26) And I received no notification of delivery. Very disappointed. Do not waste your time or money. Purchase your flowers elsewhere.
Ordered the same product 5 weeks apart (Pretty Peonies) and the first order came in a box, wrapped really nice and lots of care/love given to it. were barely formed buds and got delivered nearly an hour outside of the promised delivery window (6-9pm but delivered at 9:40pm). Find it strange how the same product could be so different from each other.

Incredible customer service – I was very happy with the state of the flowers that were received. Pretty much looked exactly like the website photos. However, Mr. Roses swiftly rectified the issue by re sending the card with my message along with extra gifts. The person receiving the delivery also had to give further instructions but the delivery person was prompt and very reliable. Even though I had a slight issue with the delivery at first, I believe they went above and beyond and provided excellent service in the end. Definitely recommend and will use this website for any other flower delivery needs.

Ordered on line flowers for my daughters congrats for receiving permanency. Flowers were from interstate sons and myself. Tulips are her favourite and found the flowers in pic on Mr Roses website. false advertising and was told the drop down box had the number of flowers to order. I did not see it. However, the flowers still cost me $110 for 12 tulips delivered locally, they were wilted and were already losing petals. The website showed a bunch of flowers for $85 and I believed that was what I had ordered. I was embarrassed and angry at what was delivered and the information from the florist to trim the ends of the tulips and use a better vase to make them stand up better.

After contacting them directly, all they could say was that they’re “sorry the order didn’t meet my expectations.” That’s it. No accountability, no effort to fix it. What a way to run a business. It makes me wonder—because the order was placed online from America, did they think they could just send poor quality, assuming we’d never see it or follow up? If so, that’s shameful. The roses were a mix of three different colors, but rather than being arranged in a thoughtful or elegant way, they looked mismatched and poorly presented. To make matters worse, the roses varied drastically in stem length—some were very short, others medium, and only a few were of a proper length. This inconsistency made the bouquet appear disorganized and unprofessional.
The quality of the roses themselves was also unacceptable. Several flowers wilted within a single day, which made it clear that those had been injected or treated chemically in an attempt to make them appear fresher than they truly were. Instead of vibrant, long-lasting blooms, the roses that were delivered looked tired and unappealing almost immediately.
Adding to the disappointment, the box itself arrived damaged and leaking water. The delivery person even remarked that it had been handed to him in that condition, which demonstrates a complete lack of care in handling and packaging. This was not only inconvenient but also made the presentation of the gift messy and unpleasant.
Overall, this was without question the worst floral arrangement I have ever given someone. What was intended to be a joyful and memorable birthday gift turned into a source of stress and disappointment. Flowers are meant to convey care, beauty, and special sentiment, but what was delivered reflected the opposite—poor quality, lack of attention to detail, and disregard for customer experience.
I believe the owner should feel deeply embarrassed to run a business that delivers such substandard products and service. When people order flowers, particularly for meaningful occasions, they expect something presentable and uplifting, not something that leaves them with upsetting memories and regret. Mr. Roses, Brisbane has complete disregard for quality, presentation, and customer experience.
I will certainly not do business with them ever again and my advice to anyone reading this review is to avoid them at all costs, if you want to celebrate a memorable occassion, because these unprofessionals will leave no stone unturned to ruin the day for you.

simply not true. I never received any call, voicemail, or missed call notification. When I asked which number they tried to reach, they admitted they had actually called the recipient instead.
A simple call or email on the day of the attempted delivery could have easily resolved this. Unfortunately, the poor communication and misinformation led to a completely missed delivery and a very frustrating experience. I won’t be using their services again.

nothing like the pictures. I completely understand that the flowers may not always be an exact match to the images on the website due to seasonal availability. However, I feel it’s inaccurate to say the flowers I received are simply a couple of shades lighter. The bouquet delivered looks entirely different from what I was expecting, so much so that I’m genuinely surprised these could be sent out under the same product listing. The flowers are much closer to white than the vibrant pink I ordered, which significantly impacted the overall look.
When spending $168 on a bouquet of 12 flowers you’d hope they would appear expensive and uphold the standards of Mr Roses reputation. However the flowers I received resemble something from a local supermarket which is incredibly disheartening.
It's unfortunate, especially considering the brand's reputation and the premium pricing of their flowers. I will not be ordering again from this brand as this does not demonstrate the standards that the company promotes online.

Only one card was printed. My mum received her flowers with no message, and confusingly then thought both bunches were for my fiancee (one bunch from each of our children) so she didn't take one and thought I had forgotten her. My fiancee then left Adelaide with 2 bunches before anyone realised what had happened. It was upsetting for all of us.
I contacted customer service nicely and explained the situation with a screenshot of my order confirmation email showing both messages clearly separated. I was told the business doesn't read messages during busy periods, doesn't split cards unless told in advance, and wouldn't send a replacement or offer any goodwill gesture. The site gave me no way to indicate separate recipients at the time of ordering.
It's a website design flaw and a lack of accountability. I won’t be using this service again.

The manager then called him back telling him that she listened to the phone call and no such promise was made. My husband asked her to play the recorded conversation to him as he knew that is a lie. Very Poor Quality flowers. I had to take off dead petals upon delivery, roses were not the right colour and stained green from the other flowers. Their response to my complaint, that they always send roses with dead petals to protect the rose. So don't expect to receive pretty flowers, you have to make them pretty. False advertising of same day Delivery and rude customer service – Mr. Rose FALSELY ADVERTISES “same-day delivery,” but this is deceptive—you must order the DAY BEFORE or before 9:30 am, Which leaves you little time on that day to make an order and ,is not clearly stated. When I called to address this, the customer service representative was incredibly rude, talked over me, and even slammed the phone down. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing, and I would not recommend this company.
