purely transactional. The most positive online shopping experience I have encountered that gives me confidence in purchasing again.

No follow up once ordered, items not despatched, no follow up to emails or phone calls. I will never deal with Mr Vitamins again.

Received my package 5 days after ordering it. Reliable communication about when to expect the package. Only issue is that the messaging about when to expect the package said it was coming from "394 Chatswood" which had me confused since I didn't order anything from any store called 394 Chatswood. Otherwise, reliable service.

Caution.!!! Check before you buy from Mr Vitamins. They inflate their prices then give you 50% off. Eg. Their Manuka Honey 500g MGO573+, RRP $215, now $107.74. This is the normal retail price. False advertising!!!

Received out of date stock. 4 emails sent and they will not reply. Happy to take your money but don’t care about the customer from my experience.. Won’t shop here again.

From shopping to delivery, to returns & refunds, communication was excellent, friendly & supportive. Extremely happy with the service and products, all round. 100% recommended.

I had an error in receiving the incorrect item, however it was rectified really quickly and without questions asked. I have been trying to assist with the error as it appears to be an anomaly in the system.

Out of date and rancid products – Like many others that I have just discovered I was sold rancid out of date products. They then sent more to replace and they were also out of date. Extremely poor considering they are health foods!

Keep selling out of date product online – Ordered Protein powder online, was delivered fairly quickly. Then noticed the product expired just over a month ago (Feb/24). Feb/24. They offered refund, which I accepted but won't shop there again. I imagine a lot of people don't check expiry. They are obviously sending out the expired product to a lot of people, despite being made aware.

First & Last Time! – Tried to order some products from this store, however even though the website showed availability, part of my order was cancelled in the end as the inventory was incorrect. Whilst I was given a refund for the cancelled products, I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to continue with the rest of the order and given a token apology for the inconvenience. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have ordered from another site.

Seems scam – They offered sign up and as a ‘Welcome’ we will give you $10 discount voucher. The voucher isn’t valid. If this is the way they operate (I feel misleading and fake), I question the authenticity of the product they sell. I do not trust businesses like this.

Received wrong items – After purchasing over $220.00 worth of items i received the wrong item. Now i have been told that i can return the item and they have sent me a return slip to print out. I run my own business and look after my customers, shame Mr Vitamins does not do the same. Really bad customer service. I wont be using them again...

Fast delivery, great prices, easy online ordering – Ordered on Sunday 26 sept and received my package today Wednesday 29 Sept. website was easy to use and order through. Very happy with all my vitamins, I even checked export dates and they have a few years on each bottle. Will shop here again!

Other websites are much easier to work with so it’s nit the phone it’s the mr vitamins online website. Thank you.

June 2020. Both Mr Vitamins and Australia Post provide me with Delivery Tracking Confirmation. Now I have placed my second order on 18 July 2020. Spoke on the phone with Marina (Customer Service) and she said it will be arrived within this week, maximum next week.

• Packaging: Although I am more impressed with how durable, neat and tidy Chemist Warehouse pack their parcel, but with Mr Vitamins the parcel still okay, still do the job and safe to the products. When I received my parcel, I found not any product damage. I received all my products in good condition.

• Product Quality: All the products I received from Mr Vitamins have Long Expiry Date.

• Correspondency: Great customer service and courtesy provided by Marina (Customer Service). She responded to my email promptly, the next following day.

• Communication: I emailed the team regarding my missing loyalty points, Marina rang me the next morning to discuss about this matter. Been years as customer service myself, for me, this pro-active efficient and assertive attitude has met my standard. I am very happy with their professionalism.

• Problem Handling: They fixed my missing points issue. They price match my order and refund my money. So I can tick this problem solving point too.

• Overall: I can trust ordering online with Mr Vitamin and I am happy with the way they treat me. I will continue to shop with Mr Vitamins in the future.

Great prices and quick delivery – I’ve ordered from Mr Vitamins a few times and highly recommend them. I’ve not experienced any issues whatsoever. Prices are fantastic and delivery is always quick. I love that I can order practitioner brands as well as general vitamins all in the one place.

Poor unprofessional online service, not delivered even after weeks, missing purchased items, yet you paid for delivery – It was ok and fairly easy to navigate. Product availability was not as expected. Brands have their own review and mr vitamin not own those brands. Depends on what you are purchasing.

looked somewhat small right off the bat. Upon opening there were no less than 7 products just not in the box at all. I thought initially maybe I had left a 2nd box outside or that it hadn't arrived but I soon had the tracking email to let me know delivery had been made. All up around $60 or so of products just not sent.

I tried calling the contact number - no-one ever answers. Odd hang up, mostly nothing at all. Says press 'star' to leave a message - did that, no reply. Sent emails. no reply.

Absolute cowboys, save yourselves the money and hassle- avoid at all costs.

They deserve 0 – I ordered 5 weeks ago and didn't get anything. They emailed (I think it is a automated email) me 5 days ago about the shipping but 3 products were missing on the list. You can't reach them by email or phone. Waisted more than 400 AUD :(.

Worse online experience – I received my order 4 weeks after it was placed and received 5 of 9 products with no explanation or refund of $95. Couldn’t get onto customer service for an explanation.

The worst online shopping experience – I ordered a supplement on the 8th of April! followed up two times for the delivery and they replied to me on the 24th of April!!! that: your order could not be fulfilled due to stock discrepancies!!!

Great service online and in store – Couldn’t be happier with their service. Friendly, helpful and good range. They contacted me when there was a delay with my online purchase. How many companies take the time to do that! Totally impressed Mr Vitamins

Pleasantly surprised – I received my online order and when I rang Customer Support to discuss replacements for the wrongly packaged items I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who handled my query calmly and politely. The correct items were delivered to me promptly and some sample sachets included. I am very impressed and I will continue to order online.
