Unfriendly, no customer service – Purchased a computer case from in store, couldn't find the mounting screws for my MOBO. Rang store to ask for replacement, told me to come in and collect, they wanted $5 Wont be buying anything thing else, learn some customer service

Msy A Great shop to buy – A couple of months ago I bought parts to build my own system (high end system),I put all the parts together and approximately 3 weeks later the power supply blew and burnt out everything,MSY replaced everything for nothing and even built it for me,I know people do complain about the wait in being served by a staff member ,but you have to keep in mind it's the customer who is keeping them busy asking questions and so forth (I have noticed that many many times when I have shopped at Slack's Creek and Morningside branches)No other computor store would beat their prices and I will always shop with them.

Strange Online Ordering – I upgraded my PC a year or so ago and decided to source the components from MSY. Unfortunately, not all components could be sourced from my nearest store (Slacks Creek) so I got some from Morningside. The prices are good, about the same as Umart. Their shops are not flashy and it shows in their prices. Less flashy shops, lower prices...I am fine with that.

However...and the reason for my three stars, when someone places an order that means keep it ready for pickup.

I had ordered a power supply, ram and video card from the Morningside store. When i got there, I showed the confirmation email and bizarrely the staff member just started picking the items off various shelves. I expected (as at Umart) that all my items would be separated from the store stock and ready in a pile for me to pick up. But, no they weren't, the video card had been in inadvertently sold to someone else. They asked if i wanted to order another, I just told them to forget it. I then went to Umart and bought the same video card for the same price, which was in stock and waiting separately to other stock so I could actually get my order.

I have never worked in retail or dealt with online orders, but surely if someone places an order their items are reserved should be kept apart from general store stock.

I may go back when i upgrade again, but am unsure. I have never had a problem like this at Umart. Cheap prices They dont know how to keep online orders separate to store stock so part of your order may not be there when picking up.

Excellent – Great value for money. Would return anyday, replaced harvey norman in my book. Great service, I've got no idea what everyone else was complaining about.... Cheap, cheap cheap. Heaps of stock at the Morningside, qld store, not much of a queue and genuinely helpful staff I've had none of the problems otehrs said and I bought the parts for a whole computer from them so, none.
