Cheap prices for cheap service – Prices are good & that's about it terrible customer service went in looking to spend 3K onwards asked a couple of questions didn't even seem interested or helpful, ordered computer and I've since called 4 days in a day too be put on hold just to be hung up on before anyone answers.  Show details

Standard service from a cutprice vendor – Elizabeth store seems fine. Rang up their web page phone # regarding an SSD listed on their price list, they said it wasn't available locally but was in their warehouse and could ship it to the Elizabeth store. took it back and staff replaced it within minutes. Time taken was for them to fill out the paper work, but at no time did they question that the headphones were broken.

This was before any 2017 ACCC stuff on their site.

re ACCC : I can see both sides of this argument, a lot of people who buy computer components do not do their homework but then use our consumer laws to their advantage which leaves the store out of pocket (I've been involved in a couple computer stores so I've had to deal with this from the other side of the coin).

It's a tough gig, but also is no excuse for misleading customers. The ACCC ruling sends a clear message on that.

But many people who buy a customized system of components based on reviews they've read online should really be buying a pre-built / pre-configured system. Half the problems custmers encounter are from mismatched components or operating system issues due to crap drivers. The store is then more often then not stuck in the middle. Another thing though is that people need to chill out sometimes, road rage is becoming store rage.

something was wrong with that guy. Because nobody deserves that hostile attitude whatever request is.

Also I wanted to return a faulty PC Case to their online store writing that I tested it with two different motherboards and three different USB devices however they ignored my test results and rejected my warranty claim.

They do not appreciate their customers.

MSY is not a good business to shop.

It should be no star to be given at all !!! – Rude people never listen to your explanation they will blame you the mistake. It's cheap yes but it worth to pay more than talking to the staff not friendly at all unconsiderate to the the customer. Terrible customer service! – I have shopped at MSY numerous times for quite a few years and almost every time the customer service had been bad. The staff are usually uncaring, rude, disinterested and unhelpful. Only once have I been served by someone with average customer service skills. I am hesitant to ever shop there again. .They made some changes to the list and I have a computer that does what I wanted and for a cheaper price without compromise to the power of the computer. They built it and warranrtied it and I still saved money. I can't complain Reliable, cheaper than anywhere else, good sound technical advice.
