dito – I had issue with these so called employees behind the counter, had an item for one day no work so took it back via a 100klm trip asked for replacement as item was faulty no no no work like that, so I spat the dummy pulled the item out the box and hurled it over the counter smashing against the desk the ripped the box into pieces and threw it over the counter and walked outside and have never been back or dealt with any MSY outlet again.

Timely service, very helpful - PORT ADELAIDE – Went in on a quiet day with a budget of $2,200 for a gaming desktop. Despite people saying they're only useful if you know what you're after, I found this to be untrue. The manager of the store (I forget is name) was extraordinarily helpful, put together a basic build under budget on the spot and then gave me the build to go and research and confirm the parts I was after, after giving me a basic rundown of my potential options and how they'd affect output. Couple of days and a couple of adjustments later I had my desktop ordered and paid $70 for them to put it together. Was build 3 days BEFORE they predicted which was a pleasant surprise. I forgot to add a wireless wifi thing in the back, so I called them back and the same bloke talked me through it.

Was very impressed by the courteous, patient and professional manner. (I do appreciate that my large budget may have given them reason to be extra helpful), but I have since gone back to buy peripherals and will continue to do so while they operate to this standard with these prices

don't shop there if you want customer service or working goods – Twice I've bought from them and twice I've been let down. Both times involving faulty goods, both times with receipts, both times rejected a refund or exchange. The first time was an optical mouse which didn't work at all. They didn't even test it to see if it worked and just said 'we can't resell this as you've opened it' my response, 'I don't want you to resell faulty goods I just want one that works or my money back'

neither happened.

Went to the Port Adelaide store to pick up a VGA Cable to connect my laptop to my tv which I have done successfully in the past many times before. Cord was damaged in the packet even before I opened it, end was pushed in and probably wasn't connecting hence no signal.

Went back and same thing they 'can't resell it because its already opened' and tried to say I did the damage which I didn't. Dodgy and I refuse to recommend their 'business'. Atleast Ebay has Paypal. cheap media discs..... but alot of places have cheap discs.. No customer support, rude clerks, return policy wasn't honoured if they even have one. Dodgy
