One month of waiting, dozens of calls and several emails and I still don't have my warranty return
Disgusting service. I've waited a month for a warranty update on an item I sent back to them and have heard nothing. Have phoned them literally dozens of times but no one has EVER answered and they don't have voicemail. They also don't respond to email enquiries AT ALL. They've literally taken my money, taken my product and kept them both.
I'm filing a complaint with the ACCC for this. MSY can go screw themselves.
Bad customer service
Right off the bat they rarely answer their phone.
Rude customer service. Would not price match from other stores even though their site claims they do.
The only positive thing about the place is they seem to have items in Stock while other places don't.
Fantastic products and service
As usual, MSY Dandenong was a breeze to purchase from.
30 minutes before closure on a Saturday afternoon and the staff were friendly and helpful. They are always reliable and for experienced, knowledgeable customers, it is refreshing to be able to enter a store and exit quickly.
Prices are the lowest around and although the stock level indicator is probably inaccurate, I have managed to come away with the items I require. Planning a computer build can be risky, but with an excellent list of alternative products, you can always rely on MSY.
They will continue to be my first call in regards to technology purchases.
Very poor customer service
It is almost impossible to contact the Dandenong store. Phone calls do not go through (unable to leave message), emails are not returned and unless you want to travel there each & every time you have a question, I suggest not purchasing anything from here. They may be cheaper, but the difficulty in contacting them for after-sales service is just not worth it.

I totally understand all the negative reviews. I'm not going to be one of those condescending a-holes who says they're wrong. I've dealt with plenty of business that need a 0-star rating and review (Barloworld Holden, DDP Digital Cameras, I'm looking your way) due to incompetent management, overcharging, theft, deceipt and rude/abusive customer treatment.
MSY Dandenong have been pretty darned good. As long as I do my homework and check stock levels first, they're always ready to go when I pick up equipment. I've had to do 2 RMA's over the ye...ars, a Linksys router and a Sandisk SSD. Both cases required a little hurldle jumping by myself (log my own RMA with cisco and MSY made me sit and run a build up on a test machine until a faulty SSD played up, thankfully it was a solid failure... annoying), hence the 4-star review. After both cases, equipment swapped straight over. Avoid on a saturday morning, as it's packed, same as Clayton.
Terrible service, do not follow their own refund policy
My son purchased a number of items from the Dandenong store today. When a qualified technician opened the packaging to install his hard drive the pins were broken. Upon returning immediatley to the store for a replacement he was told that he must of broken it! Staff very unhelpful and called my son and the technician liars! After a very heated discussion on the phone they would still only offer to repair or replace with a refurbished drive. All for a drive that was only an hour old. I wonder how many times they have resold the drive they sold to my son this morning?
