Don't bother – Went down to purchase a laptop from the online catalogue, asked to buy one and just got a blunt "no, none in stock" since then i have called up about two other laptops which they have advertised and are also out of stock.. pretty disappointing. Rude staff and no stock Show details

and the pricing is great. The staff members are always great at their job, so much so that every time I go in I'm glad to see them. I highly recommend MSY Technology.

Terrible service, average prices – I went to their store to purchase a monitor, and when I spoke to the salesman, they were flat out rude. I asked if I could see the monitor, after which he told me to go to another store (Harvey Norman I think he said), look at the monitor and then come back. see it before spending so much. I then asked if I can take it home and return it if its unsuitable for my needs. He told me very sharpley "its not like its $10, its worth too much to me, no, we cant let you do that.

We make little money on the monitors because we sell it cheaper than anywhere else." At that point I walked out of the store, and purchased it for the same price at a store close by, PLE computers, where I was able to view the screen and the friendly salesperson said that I could return it if it was unsuitable.

Reliable low prices – I buy 90% of my computer gear from MSY in Balcatta in WA. The prices are generally the lowest in Perth and the service is satisfactory. I have built around 20 computers using components mostly from MSY. components due to failure and they have a reasonable turnaround on repairs, usually a couple of weeks but sometimes up to a month.

The staff are OK. They either don't speak very good English or tend not to know enough to give an average nerd any useful advice. Do your homework before buying as their advice will be basic at best.

If your after constantly low prices then MSY is for you.

If you need good before and after sales service then pay more and shop elsewhere. Low prices, decent range Avarage service, don't stock more exotic items, don't stock the latest items.
