difference in look of my hair. I used to have a cloud nine but opted for muk as I couldn’t afford cloud nine again. Still a great alternative.

Why did I wait so long to update! – I had owned a slimline GHD for around 5 years. particularly unforgiving, it stays that way! Heats up quickly (I use 200), doesn’t pull my hair. Love it! Definitely get a wide plate for long, thick hair!!

Life Changer – Had my Ghd for 12 years but my hair wasn't looking very nice. Hair dresser said plates were probably loosing heat. I asked everyone I l knew. cloud 9 and her hair is amazing too but they are 330 or 80 dollars more expensive. I gave the Muk a go and it works beautifully. Cheapest of the big 3 plus they have me gift pack. I have long hair with extensions plus I run every day. My hair stays straight. Plus the muk turns off if left on. You can adjust the heat ( but I just leave it on the hottest). Love the wide plates. It's brilliant.

Wide Plate and All – Moving on from an old ceramic straightener. The difference was immediate. It heats up almost instantly up to 230 degrees which is great when you are in a hurry to get out the door. It glides beautifully and people are asking me which hairdresser straightened my hair ;)

Amazing – when my ghd straighteners broke i was told that ghd weren’t that good anymore and muk was really good,i looked up reviews and they sounded good but having always used the ghd i was worried but i took the chance and bought the wide plate ones,they are better than ghd my hair is so straight i love them so much would never go back to ghd again!!!

Stopped working before a year – I was due for a new straightener after using my GHD for 4 years. I was talked into buying a MUK STYLE STICK 230-IR WIDE PLATE at hairhouse warehouse. When I moved to Dubai from Perth it stopped working before 1 year! now I cannot justify buying another good hair straightener here because they cost much more in Dubai. Also I cant find any warranty services where I am. I'm not happy.

Love this! – i got the wide plate Muk iron, it honestly will straighten super frizzy hair in one quick pass. i use it on myself and have one for clients also. it is (along side the cloud 9) the best flat iron ive ever purchased, and would highly recommend to everyone!
