budget compared to cooking myself!

Taste & nutrition: I liked most of the meals. Very tasty and definitely not the runny microwave-style I have seen from other companies. Quite a few of them are pasta, so if that's not your thing, it might not be for you. Portion sizes are great for weight loss goals. I tend to over-eat when I cook myself, and these portions are just right. I'm finally hitting my fitness goals now that I have nutrition locked in. I'm not calorie-counting or cutting ingredients, I just wanted small but nutritious meals.

Delivery and packaging: they get delivered in a well-packed box with cooling elements, and I have no doubt they can safely be left at your doorstep for several hours temperature-wise. The meals themselves are vacuum-sealed which might not look very apetising, but saves heaps of space! I can easily fit 12 meals in my tiny freezer or fridge.

But best of all is the reduced mental load! It is so nice not having to worry about shopping for lunch and dinner, as well as saving time with meal preparation. And for a reasonable price that doesn't break the bank. Ideal for a single parent on the days the kids are not here. Very happy customer.

By far the top choice on the market. No need to worry about meal prep during a hectic week, and the variety of flavors keeps things exciting. If you're considering it, just go for it! Show details

Don't use this company if you want the right macros! I used them one year ago and now again, in both occasions the macros they have on the label are completely different than the macros on the website! And...the ones in the label are probably wrong too (the chicken pesto pasta 40g protein with 2 tiny pieces of chicken?! Please!! Same with all the other meals). As their website states they provide refunds of I did wonder how they’re still in business as suerly everyone requests a refund for this rubbish? So I requested a refund. And was ignored. I followed up via phone call and their robot assured me someone would be in touch. Again I was ignored. So I guess that’s how they’re still in business, they just ignore requests for refunds and hope people don’t know their rights under Australian Consumer Law and give up.

found some of there meals to be pretty descent.. their baked dory with mashed potato and lemon cream sauce was freaking magnificent (when fresh). Butter chicken was descent for it's price, Asian Chicken Stir fry was pretty good when I had it straight up. I had their Steak and Potatos with Mushroom Gravy and I loved it. But again, after 3-4 days the quality doesn't taste as great..

Now I know I can probably freeze them and I think that's what I'm going to do from now on cause again, there cheap and affordable and I lost a few kilos last time I was buying from them. Avoid Muscle diets – Be careful with this mob their customer service is atrocious . If you call them you get a type of answering service they say they will call you back within a day but they don't call you back I've been waiting for 3 days sent an email re cancelling an order left a messenger message but they do not ring back to discuss.. they STILL haven't gotten around to fixing this MASSIVE issue. Plus, customer service is delayed - I emailed a couple of days ago (their customer support states they're open Mon-Sun 9-5) yet I still haven't gotten a response. It is only great 'value for money' if you use their promotion code at checkout. Otherwise, $10.95 per meal (without any code) is overpriced.

Trapped in contracts – They lock you into contract/subscriptions after trapping you in with a cheap promo code. Their terms and conditions state you need to give 7 days notice to cancel a order before the delivery date to get a refund, but they only tell you about the delivery 7 days before, then they use an additional excuse it was a public holiday (NSW) and they don’t work, so no one could process the cancelation. write some feedback my only negative was I’m now calorie counting and could NEVER read the nutrition label as it was so small and printed really bad, my order that arrived today seems they have finally rectified this (seen other reviews complaining about it before i tried them) and the labels are now clear as day and printed wonderfully - hence sparking my interest at finally getting around to leaving a review. And yes, this is my 3rd order. My first 2 orders were in 2023 and they were fine. BUT something went wrong with this order.

So don’t dismiss the error you have made. Accept it and improve your service and product delivery.
