TERRIBLE – After over a month of chasing my order on multiple accounts and email I didn’t receive anything but being left on read.. they ripped me off and I’m totally disappointed, money a young mum doesn’t have the be wasting and they completely scammed me into thinking I would receive my order as well as discount codes.. should’ve known better

Ripped Off!! – Was ever hopeful that I'd eventually get my order.... After finding this site I realize its not going to happen... Have emailed this company 4 times and been ignored. These people are lower than low...scum! My boss had trusted me to get a nice gift for a work mate who has just had a baby....it was my bosses money! Now I have to use my own money to buy one elsewhere to rectify ghe mistake I made by trusting this company....

The New Zealand site is also a scam – Do not buy from the NZ site either. www.mybabystore.co.nz is a SCAM. They take your money and then don't reply or deliver your items. Heartless, awful people who do this around Christmas time. Grrrrrrr.

Great, fast service! – I ordered 2 Brio sets for my son's birthday and not only were they well priced, they arrived very promptly. I'd not hesitate to use this site again!

Just what I was looking for! – Bought Christmas gift for my granddaughter - was looking for something a bit special. Found it and she loves it. Was delivered promptly and in perfect condition.

Very good price and quick delivery – We ordered a child's play garage. We could not get this item in the Eastern suburbs. The store was very efficient and we were delighted with how quickly the item was delivered. This was also during a busy achristnas period.

Scam – I had the same problem as others - credit card charges but goods never arrived despite multiple follow ups on my part. Initially emails were responded to and they agreed to process a refund but this never happened. The good news is that I made a claim through PayPal and have received a refund.

SCAM - FRAUDULENT – This is a fake site, as per all reviews below, you order they do not send, they then reject all emails from your address. ITs fraud and stealing, i have contacted fair trading, do the same, i am also contacting the police to let them know of fraudulent activity. They will action should more people complain. Also contact ASIC.

Phoney Website – Goods never delivered (past 3 weeks now). I finally found a mobile number from google search but no one answers. No response to email or facebook either. This must be a phoney. Don't purchase from them, save yourself the heartache and time.

its a scam page! – ordered and contacted them to add something later. got a reply within minutes... one month and many emails later no reply or products. have to open paypal claim! This is a scam page!

Scam Website – Ordered a Trunki on 27th April (credit card charged) for my grandson's birthday in May, which didn't arrive. said my credit card would be refunded within 2-3 days. It's now 12 days later and I'm still waiting, in spite of 2 further requests for my refund, which have been ignored. Not living in Australia, I'm not sure what organisation I should go to, to report this company ..... any information gratefully received. This company is a complete CON!

Scam!!! No star rating! – Ordered - paid - but purchase has not turned up. Had an email that it was being processed but obviously not true! After reading similar complaints, I can't see how they're still advertising!

No communication, missing product = SCAMMERS – No communication, missing product, do not trust this company. I don't know how it's remotely possible that they can still be in business. Madness!

SCAM doesn't exist – Never got the product, you can't contact them. They don't exist and steal your money! If you ordered, call your bank and they can refund you!

Avoid - scam – Ordered a skip hop placemat on 1st June 2017. After two weeks emailed a few times requesting information on my order number. No response. Avoid at all costs. How are they able to continue trading??? Their address - unit 3/93 Elgar Road, Derrimut 3061 is probably fake too. I would like to see them taken to the cleaners!!!!!

Scam – This website is a scam and will take your money without providing the product you paid for! I ordered and paid for a Brio train over a month ago which has not been delivered. They have blocked my emails and there is no phone contact for this website! AVOID!!!

Scam Company – Like the other people, they took my money and never delivered the product I purchased. They are also ignoring all my facebook messages and their email address bounces.

Scam Company – This company is selling products they do not have. No phone number, emails will bounce and they will ignore any pleads via Facebook Messenger. They delete negative comments from their Facebook page as it is all sunshine and light over there. the item is out of stock so we have options. I am waiting for a reply from the relevant Government Department on this issue. I have been shopping on the Internet for many years and this is by far the worst experience I have had. Their website needs to be shut down, they take our money but we get nothing in return, theft I believe.

June 13th 2017 Update: Scam company

Just an update on my previous review, I have been in contact with the ACCC both by lodging an online complaint about My Baby Store and also by speaking on the phone to the ACCC. It is illegal for a shop to sell a product online that they do not have in stock and not advise the consumer of this fact. My Baby Store uses this tactic as a business model, sometimes the product arrives usually after months of waiting, sometimes it does not, they will not contact you. They also do not want to be contacted by consumers, they have no phone and emails will bounce, it is an incredibly frustrating experience. Lodge a complaint with the ACCC, there is a complaint form on their website to help them build a case against this store, they have to stop treating trusting online consumers this way.

Avoid!!!!!! – I ordered 2 grobags nearly a month ago and am still yet to see them. I contacted them after a few weeks of ordering to find out where my products were and they kept promising me they would send within a few days but never did!!! I have now been requesting a refund and am not getting a response. I'm putting in a complaint with consumer affairs, I realise now reading these reviews that I'm not the only one in this situation!!!!!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! – I wish I had of seen all these reviews before I ordered a trunki for my daughter's birthday. Like everyone else it never arrived and when I followed it up they said within a week and not 2 weeks later still nothing and emails bounce back

Scam company – I ordered a pram and other items on April 30th after first confirming via email if the items were in stock. Since I have sent several emails asking where my item is, initially I would receive a response stating it will be sent within a week, now they have stopped responding at all. I now will have a newborn and no pram and they have my $370+ I have lodged a claim with PayPal- hopefully I can get a refund quickly. Do not buy from this company

Scam company – After reading these reviews and after not hearing anything from the company in weeks I am starting to realise that my $100 are gone. Their website should get closed down before more people get their money stolen.

Apparently the items are out of stock at the warehouse, yet all items are still available to order on the site? Very unimpressed with the service and will not use this site again.

Hopefully I will be able to receive a full refund via PayPal. Will comment again with how long it takes to get my money returned.

I rang the number which is listed on their website which goes through to an automated message with no way of further contacting anybody. Emails also go unanswered or they bounce back all together.

After reading the sheer amounts of reviews in regards to people having very similar experiences it is very safe to say this site is a complete scam and I will be contacting media sources as this is something they will be incredibly interested in.

Do not do "business" with this website - they will happily take your money and also very happily never send you any goods.

Absolutely and utterly appalling – In all my years of internet shopping, never have I had such a frustrating experience as this. raised a dispute with my credit card company tonight, as I'm sick of waiting - it's now been a good six weeks and not a dicky bird. The fact that emails often bounce back is not reassuring, either, as is the fact there's no phone number.

As others have said, spare yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere - the prices are appealing, but the rest will induce extreme frustration. This place is an utter shambles (and has questionable legitimacy at best).

No product after 10 weeks - avoid – I ordered a nappy pail 2 months ago and still nothing. Got occasional email from them promising shipping so I let them continue - now I am chasing a refund and trying to cancel order but email inbox 'full'. No phone contact. Product was still 'available' on the website the whole time. They chased me to purchase it when I added to cart and didn't buy when I was still deciding. Something isn't right with this company. Don't buy from here!!

Terrible communication... still no product – I ordered a product weeks ago and hasn't been delivered. I emailed them in which at first got an email back advising delay in order and will be despatched next Tuesday.... weeks go by and no order delivered. I have been emailing and now emails bounce back. Items finally arrived 2 months later – Ordered two items totalling $80. I sent an email after a month or so asking re whereabouts - received the reply that they were out of stock but enroute. Finally recieved the order today after 2 months, poorly packaged and with the items packing boxes broken. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
