My Daily Vita

Paid $128, delivery never happened, no response to complaints, NO REFUND – I bought a product for $128 inc shipping, and never recieved it. I contacted them about this via the messaging portal on their website, and posted a letter to the PO box listed on their website as well. There was no phone number to contact them via that avenue. I never heard anything back so never got my large sum of money refunded!!

No response, paid but no product – I ordered a product (over $100) over a month ago. I have emailed 3 times. No reply. Very disappointing. I have sent 3 emails but received no response. Current Affair should be contacted. This company needs to be stopped.

Very disappointing! – My order of over a month has not arrived and I can’t access the website! Looking back I don’t think they sent a confirmation Email. What did your bank say Amanda?

Scam Website – Placed order a month ago and web page now comes up as non exist and left with no way of contacting except a email address. Am contacting my bank to see what can be done.

Don’t buy from this company!!!! Scam – The website appears professional and made to look like they are based in Aus, but no contact number & no street address. Placed my order two months ago, no delivery and no reply to my emails!! Have reported to scam watch!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! – I too am sorry i didn't read the reviews before ordering 3 weeks ago! i didn't receive a confirmation order, nor have i received goods after 3 weeks! No phone number and no reply to my inquiry. I will try to have my credit card purchase refunded through my bank.

Total scam – Didnt see this before purchase. Thought it was ok because of australian address. Good lesson. Dont buy anything without paypal option. Never pay by credit card. Hoping i can get charge back thru bank

Terrible outfit – Ordered what looked like a good deal 3 weeks ago from NSW. Got an email with order number. No info on dispatch. No response to 2 inquiries. They are a scam.

Scammed! – I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I had used them previously without concern a few years ago, however my recent order placed a month and a half ago, has never been delivered. There is no way of contacting them other than their on line questions, and there has been no response. I am furious.

It's a scam and should be shut down – Ordered products in. November 2019 they did not arrive and there is no contact number. There has been no response to the many emails I sent them. Stay away from my Daily Vita

Terrible customer service – Product ordered 7/19 and not arrived. I emailed the company in Sept, Dec and twice in Jan 2020 with order no and a scan of card deduction.They have NEVER replied.Tim

Do not order from My Daily Vita - scammer – I'm embarrassed to admit i fell for this company. Seemed legitimate. Being "Australian" I thought it was safe. As with others, ordered and received no goods. Sent emails - no reply to emails. I hope you are reading this review before you order. DO NOT BUY. And if you have, report these fools.

My Daily Vita! Is this a scam or what? – I ordered some product from them on 9th October 2019 (14729). I have not received anything from them, not even a reply to any of the 3 emails I have sent. I stupidly paid by credit card and how I wish I had read these reviews before hand. I shall be reporting them to Fair Trading and any other body that I can think of who may be able to help. Companies like these should not be allowed to trade on the web.

BEWARE OF MY DAILY VITA!! – I placed Order Number 14727 with MyDailyVita on 7 October 2019 for the value of $220.85. I have not received the items. I have sent two emails requesting an update on the status of my order and both have been ignored. MyDailyVita appears not to have a telephone number. I plan to report MyDailyVita to Victoria Police for theft. I strongly advise potential customers NOT to deal with this organisation.

Here's looking at you Adam Schapendonk – Ripoff company. Do not deal with Adam Schapendonk who runs this scam. There is no recourse after he has your money and he will not answer your emails. You have been warned.

Scam company – Don’t buy anything from this website you will never get it or your money back. You can only contact them via email and you don’t receive an answer. Hope they are put out of business very soon

Beware - Scam did not deliver and AMEX refuses chargeback – I ordered from this site and neglected to check reviews prior to ordering. Of-course I never received the goods. I also had the belief that if paid with a credit card my bank or card provider would cover in the event the goods are never received. Amex however have refused my chargeback despite the site being a complete scam - why do they provide merchant facilities to a site like this is beyond me.

Dishonest Company – I read the reviews too late. Took my money and never supplied the goods. They don't respond to emails. Scammers, I'm afraid!! Don't buy anything from them. They won't supply it. DO NOT BUY – Goods did not arrive have reported to bank as fraud. Usually always buy on paypal however thought it was safe as it said australian company. Repeated emails but no reply and no contact details either

Scammers – I ordered the product 1 month ago & it has not been received. No response to emails including a request to refund my money. I have lodged a complaint with the credit card company resulting in mydailyvita removing any evidence of my order. amazing that such blatant scammers are allowed to operate by the Australian regulatory organisations.

Do not attempt to buy from this scam of a company – Ordered some vitamin tablets 4 weeks ago and still no sign of the order even being processed. Numerous emails all ignored. It`s like they have set up a business, offer something, take your money and then absolutely Nothing!!! Stay away from this company. I am surprised that they haven`t been arrested for fraud there is enough complaints.

Don't buy from this company - Non-delivery of goods and no response to follow-up requests – The goods never arrived. The delivery address is Parcel Collect run by Aus Post, so the goods were not stolen from my front porch. I sent a couple of emails to My Daily Vita via their website but never received any response. So they have effectively stolen more than $100 from me. I will never order through this company again......

Worst company I've ever had to deal with – One of the worst companies I've ever bought anything from. I bought 2 boxs a total of 8 oils that showed up only 75% to 50% full. .Dailyvita is a 3rd party seller on Amazon so be aware that you are not buying from this company. DODGY DODGY DODGY - Do not use Stick to iHerb! – Products not arrived and all three of my attempts to contact them have been ignored. Do not purchase through these people.

Scam website. Products do not arrive!!!! – I received an order confirmation, and my credit card was charged. Two weeks late the order was still in "processing". The company did not respond to emails. They only responded once I asked the bank to do a chargeback on the money. They then refunded my money.

Beware of this company – On 25 Sep ordered products from this company. Received an order confirmation email and payment was deducted from our bank account. concerned, so did another order progress check. Order still showing as in processing with no response from the company. On 16 Oct, lodged a complaint at Service NSW for action by Fair Trading. Contacted Bank in an effort to recover payment for goods not received.

Recommend, if you are having problems with this company file a complaint with Fair Trading.

Late order and no response to enquiries – I ordered almost 1 month ago and my order still has not arrived. I have sent a few emails and have still had no response. Incredibly disappointing and will never use again or recommend.

the credit card via the bank easily. Only after we disputed the transaction did we received an apology from mydailyvita and the offer of a full refund (which we had already received from the bank!) This "business" is a scam. BEWARE!

Scammed – I ordered products online which were not received. They offered a refund but only if I would provide them with my bank details. I have just filed a complaint with the ACCC and advise all people who have a complaint to do the same.

Scammers – Do not buy it is a scam they take your money and don't send anything. Asked for a refund and they removed the product from my account with no refund - there is not even a history of the purchase on there anymore...there should be a law against these liars taking advantage of peoples health. And there is no contact phone number!!!

wrong product – Ordered a product. Was sent the wrong one. Asked why they havent picked it up two weeks later and sent me the correct one and they said I'm meant to pay out money to post the wrong product back to them even though it was their mistake. Stay away.

SCAM! – Made a large purchase. Direct deposit. 2 weeks later, no goods. Have emailed twice no response. Then I found these reviews on here and want to cry!! Like being sick isn’t bad enough, now this.

Very happy – I purchased from My Daily Vita recently and came across this site after and was very worried that I wouldn't receive the product that I paid for - but less than 2 weeks later, I have some excellent quality skullcap and catnip, and I am very happy that I purchased from them. My Daily Vita definitely don't deserve their bad rep - their products are amazing! The catnip and skullcap I get from a local wholesaler pale in comparison.

Happy with my experience with Daily Vita..but it was late – My order hadn't arrived after 3 weeks. I replied directly to the email that sent the order reciept and they responsed was quickly. They said they would resend and it arrived in 48 hrs My order had been correctly filled
