evidence of a pet really well. The most annoying feature (which I haven't figured out how to turn off) is the consective beeps it does when it has fully charged. Not great if it's in the middle of the night or in a middle of a meeting.. Value for money has been realised. Cheap, cleans, no frills.I received MyGenie ZX1000 a few days ago.
+++++++ Put it all together (easily) and hit start. Off it went and did a wonderful job of cleaning. I selected HOME on the remote and it went to its charging dock in the other room. I ran it again for another clean and this time it struggled to get home. I put it in front of the docking station in the hope it would help, but it just couldn't dock properly. When I put it on the dock, it started beeping many times and showed the ER006 message (charging error). I tried to reposition it, but it didn't make a difference. I then reset it (power off everywhere), reconnected the battery and tried again. Still not happy. I moved the charging dock to another location thinking that may help, no luck. This time when selecting HOME, it tried multiple times to dock, unsuccessfully. It then just hummed quietly in its spot and wouldn't move. I popped it on the dock. It showed 3 III and the 4th I flashed. It now shows the ER006 message whilst docked. Every now then it beeps. Woke me up in the middle of the night beeping... I'm stuck as to what to do next.

six months later, the same issue occurred. This time, I couldn't get a replacement since the warranty had expired. Additionally, the battery runtime is quite short, and it often gets stuck in areas where my other robot vacuum doesn't (yes, I have two—clean freak here!).
Let down by the Tuya software – Purchased from eBay and connected to wifi with difficulty. 4 months later the item stopped working so it was replaced but the new model just will not connect to wifi at all, I suspect because the Tuya software is holding info on the former model on the Cloud. stopped working again this week with a wifi issue. I switched to the new model but it, too, won't connect to wifi. In manual mode it only does around the walls or spot cleaning so basically it's useless if it will not connect to wifi. I believe this is a fault largely with Tuya Smart (not so smart...) which is the app required to run this on wifi.

Not a bad product – Floating floor boards and carpet It's okay. Gets stuck a bit so I can't leave it on when I'm not home as it just gets stuck. I like the remote. But think a set up on an app would be better. I like the turbo and full go feature I use that all the time. Show details

Will not work as advertised for long – I bought this product through Millers a third party. Worked well for the first 10 months then the mop system would not work and then would not work on my wooden or vinyl floors. Tried to phone the number on manual, no answer. weeks over Christmas and told they was contacting the company. Told in January a manager would ring. I finally rang Millers before going to work insisting on speaking to the manger and was told to send all information again and that it was only a six month warranty even thought the box stated 12 months. I gave up. This product now works only on carpet. Cheap but don't expect it to work for long or deep clean

Service – Found machine to be good, but after sale service crap. They have no where for you to take to get fixed. You have to email them ‘ they explain how to fix it. If you can’t fix it via this method (I’m not an electrician or handy person) then too bad. The problem I had was a wheel not turning. Only advice given was to oil it which I did. Didn’t fix it. Problem is also, you can’t take the bottom off to look as to where the wheels are.
Not worth buying – Completely misses some rooms and does others over and over again. Suction is only average. I should have bought one that mapped the house first but this one did not. Needs a Better Instruction Manual – We managed to get this item working despite the limited and non-intuitive instructions provided in the supplied manual. charging station from further than about 4 metres. The unit sometimes will get stuck under furniture (beds, sofas, &etc) when the sensor lightly brushes the underside. The unit is rather noisy and best operated when you're out of the room. It's taken us a year (several re-reads of the manual and, finally, internet research) to get the clock timer right for scheduled cleaning. (Ironically, we've since worked out that it's better for us to manually start the unit when it suits us.)
Additionally, the poorly designed instruction manual seems to expect you to already know half of what it's trying to instruct. It is also written in such a small font that you (literally) need a magnifying glass to read some sections.
After a year though, for the price, we can't complain. The MyGenie ZX1000 does the job on our timber and tiled floors.
We just had to work out by ourselves how to get it to work.

This product is amazing as I have a small dog that constantly drops hair – This product is amazing as I have a small dog that constantly drops hair. I turn it on in the morning and leave it. ( but you must be aware that it will tangle in cords, clothing left on the floor or loose rugs.) I have floor boards with the odd rug. The cleaning is simple. tiled areas, it works OK. It cleans beautifully under our low couch, where we would otherwise not be able to reach, however it seems to be very random, and misses areas. When on the carpeted area, it doesn't remove fluff and dust.

Poor product, don't waste your money – I've bought the xsonic wifi pro vaccum few days back and it fails to go back to charging station. It also don't store maps.
