Delivered same day – I was hesitant to order after seeing the reviews but these guys were amazing. Customer service was 10/10 and I ordered a bouquet to be delivered same day and it arrived within 2 hours. The Mrs loved it and I am in her good books for a while now.

Terrible customer service – I order the product on the 14th of May. According their shipping policy, I can get product on the same week. I will do marriage proposal on that Sunday. Obviously, They don't follow their shipping policy, they destroy my important day. I get their email today, my order is on its way. Exactly, it is useless. DON'T trust them that will deliver on time. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. There is no STAFF that will give answer to you.

order, express, got no shipping confirmation, sent 3 emails that were all ignored, I then sent 2 more emails asking for a refund, they were also ignored. It wasn't till I opened a Paypal dispute that they shipped, with Sendle, that takes 2 weeks to our location. So an item that was time critical, and was supposed to arrive within 2-3 business days, will take 3-4 weeks! And is no longer needed because I had to source something elsewhere.

Ridiculous – They charged me basically $50 same day delivery which they didn’t even do. You can’t get intouch with this company no numbers no one responds to emails etc very unprofessional putrid company. Show details

DO NOT BUY! – Total scammers! I never received my order and they are unresponsive to my emails and fb and instagram msgs. They don’t even have a contact number to call which is pathetic. Stay away ! place & been sitting there since. been trying to contact them through email, facebook messenger &, call, instagram with no reply. have no other way to contact & don't know what is happening with package or what to do for a refund. thanks for ruining a birthday suprise. even if delivery gets made in the next couple days, we will be away. a reply would of been nice to let me know what's happening. have dissapointed me in everyway for being such a reputable company. will definately not order anything from you guys again!

Horrible service – Paid for express postage of 1-2 business days. Didn’t get shipped until 3 business days AFTER the day it was meant to arrive, via normal post. my parcel was delivered to another house and they have now marked it as lost. The courier has tried to contact MLB as have I to get a refund but i am yet to hear from MLB and ive tried to contact them for over 2 weeks now. Ive tried emailing, Instagram messaging and also live chat but with no success. Absoloutley insane that this stuff can still happen in this day and age. Do not shop here at all as you run the risk of no customer service support at all what so ever if anything was to go wrong.
